I went to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to upgrade it to the iPhone 14 pro max. Danny who I was working with lied to me and told me that my series 3 watch wasn’t going to work with the new iPhone. I told him several times that I didn’t want it, but he kept pushing and said “so you want to get it” I said fine and asked him one more time, “so current my watch isn’t going to work at all with my new phone? ! ” He said “no it won’t work”. Just to find out from google, when I got home, that he lied and the series 3 watch will in fact work with the new phone you just have to update it. I was so disappointed with the service I was provided and it made it much more of a hassle than it needed to be. I sat on the phone with customer service for 2 hours trying to cancel the order and then had to go back into the store to return the watch. This all could have been avoided. If I go back to this store I will not work with him.
The manager at the coral ridge location in Coralville, IA was awesome! He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be revisiting this location again if we have questions.

Talked to some guy named Phil over the phone to see if they had any galaxy buds pro 2s in stock of the purple color. Got told that they are not allowed to discuss inventory over the phone and then got told that they won’t be worth the drive if I had gotten them. Worst customer service ever!
