AT&T Store reviews
7Johnathan saved the day. Go here instead of blairs! Had to come in twice but He stayed on the phone until they listened and actually helped us, instead of them letting give us the run around. Great job, give the man a rise
Jonathan and Jared were extremely helpful in establishing new service on my plan! Went above and beyond! Very friendly, would recommend!
This location sold me the wrong cellular plan and when I corrected it with AT&T I could not get my money back. AT&T told me that this store is a third party reseller so they couldn't return my money. When I asked to have my money returned because I was not using the service that they sold me, they told me that they have no way to refund money. I disputed the charge with my bank and they are fighting the return of my money. On top of that I have just received another charge from them when I have no service through them and they are refusing to talk to me about them stealing more of my money. Don't go to this location if you want good customer service.
Torri the employee there was so great, great service great cust service overall just excellent in general
Employee was Rude, Unhelpful and Dishonest! I was uncomfortable with misinformation and asked to stop the transaction mid way through and was told no! My recourse is to call my card company and dispute with them! I left empty handed, 254.70 charged to my credit card. AT&T just lost an 18 year customer!
If I could give less than one I would… They were useless, clueless and super rude. I was in a car accident and my phone was destroyed - I wanted to know if I could setup a temporary phone while I wait for insurance to settle and get a new one. They insisted they needed my destroyed phone for the switch after I pried the information from them. They spent most of the time standing around looking at the iPad and ignoring me.
