ZERO STARS…I purchased a vehicle from here on October 15,2022 and of November 28 I have not received the license plates for this vehicle. I checked with my county treasurers office and they contacted Autodrive. They were told that the paperwork had been mailed the day before Thanksgiving…over five weeks after the vehicle was purchased…however it was not in the treasurers office mail today so now I have a vehicle I can’t drive until the paperwork arrives at the treasurers office. I will never buy anything from here again today. I left a review similar to this review on Autodrive’s website, however I’m pretty sure it’ll never show up on that website.

Had a great experience buying a car from Jeff, but when he delivered it got damaged as he was unloading off his transport truck. He said he'd reimburse me for the repairs, still no check 4 months later.

After several dealers and a horrible day Auto drive stayed open late to work with me. They left me with a good ending to a rough car shopping day.

Bought a vehicle here, paid it off- still haven’t received my title for our vehicle! Been waiting a few years! Jeff keeps having excuses! Would not recommend!

I wish I could give a zero Star! My very 1st review was negative- I still haven't seen my title to our vehicle we purchased from here! It's been years since we paid this vehicle off and we got the run around for months over it. Still can't figure out why I haven't gotten a call or a document from Jeff- for bill of sale or something that states this is our vehicle. Jeff told us to take down our BAD REVIEW and he would send us something in the mail, stating this, still we have yet to have documentation. So I took it down. Well here I am having to defend myself from his lies and his reasoning. I had a response to a different review and I'm so sad that he feels it so necessary to lie on a forum of customers - even potential customers. It's sad that it comes to this. All I ask is what’s rightfully mine and my husband’s- no degrading and putting this customer down with lies and untruths to make you seem better as a salesman/business. No matter how you see it Jeff it’s bought and PAID for and we deserve the rights to our car. I get you probably didn’t think it mattered, and you were pretty nice to us and cordial when we bought this from you. But after all this question sill haven’t been answered, titles have not been presented, and still excuses not results have been given! Others I see have not received their titles as well and I am shocked this business is still open. I will have no other choice than to report. My response to your reply on my second review=
Let me be clear, YOU SCAM PEOPLE. YOU didn't help us out! I wish I really could say you did and all went wonderful- I’m just tired of people being taken advantage of and you think others won’t notice or believe me! If you remember correctly, which you obviously do not, You put a new motor in because we called you 1 hour after leaving your lot with a knocking sound in engine. WE had not even arrived home from purchasing this vehicle before we had issues, you SHOULD have replaced our motor that you guaranteed, verbally, because I remember saying what happens when we leave and somethings going wrong? On the subject of the title- YOU SHOULD HAVE HELD OUR TITLE IF THINGS WERE DONE PROPERLY FROM YOUR STAND POINT. Of course you can't prove that though. It's crazy that you would say we had "challenged" credit when that was the farthest from the truth. We came to Autodrive because my husband knew you, Jeff, and this was our mistake. If we were behind on payments and should have had this vehicle repossessed then this should have been the response from your business, and it wasn't! It has been years and I still have not seen my title for this vehicle that we paid in full. I have spoke to the bank you supposedly went through and they have nothing positive to say about you. Where is our documentation at you promised if I took down the other negative review? I took it down like I said I WOULD! So now I have put up another! I will keep telling people NOT to trust you, because it's the truth. Your not a good person and I'm sorry we got burnt by you!

Super nice people. Stayed late finishing up our paper work for the Denali we bought. Also the shop pup is very friendly well worth the 5 hour drive.

So friendly. Stayed open late to help us get a vehicle. Worked with our budget. Patient. No hassle at all. Fastest easiest car buying experience. If my main vehicle ends up costing too much in repairs i may just go back to buy another one instead. Oh and did o mention there was a shop kitty AND a dog? I mean that alone would get me back in.

These people act very shady. I bought a car and they haven’t delivered title or license in over a month. They do not return calls, and eventually stopped answering the phone as well. Beware.

Bought a 2006 Jeep Liberty 4 years ago. Had problems with it for almost the 4 years I had it.
