Shout out to Chris who helped me when my car was dying and I was trying to get to work. He was awesome, I got the correct part for my car, he showed me how to install it, and I got back on the road within 20 minutes. I can't tell you how grateful I am for his service. He deserves a raise. Whatever you are paying him, double it, triple it.

The lady who was working acted like she couldnt help me. All i came in for was a battery for my key fob.

This guy was very helpful. He was very calm and patient with me. He helped explain the different parts options and found me most of the parts on my list.

They did not have every part on my list in stock, but I found the others across the street. They were also very helpful. I'll post a positive review for them too.

Shane and Ethan kept the store past open to help me with an urgent car issue. They gave me advice on what to do next and gave great service even though both of them were ready to go home. I can’t say how much I appreciated them. This is my first review for anything online and I want everyone to know how thankful and appreciative I am to those two staff members.

I went in a few weeks ago and the store is currently getting their parking lot re-done, but I literally just got my car out of the shop and something was up I was so stressed. Eric and Cory not only helped me they also educated me about my battery and showed me exactly where the issue was! Many thanks to them

These folks always have what I need, and on my last visit they really went above and beyond when I was having some difficulty with an item that I purchased. The issue wasn't any fault of the part they sold me, but they helped me figure out what was going on. Thanks team. Great work.

Staff is very helpful. If you go in enough your treated like a friend and a valued customer. Some of the employees know a fair amount about cars as well.

These workers are literally no help I went in there to get coolant and asked a employee there why type I should use and all I got from him is a whole bunch or beating around the bush his replies where "hmmhm" and finger pointing and he didn't even look at me when I was talking to me he was to busy reading a magazine and also he followed me around the whole store thinking I was gunna steal something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Employees were very helpful. I had a break down and had to replace a part on site. The job was fairly simple and the employee loaned me the tools I needed to do it.

We seem to have a lot of auto supply stores here on the Southside. So it's a lot of shopping around or calling before you get there to get the best price for the dollar. So with all the competition with auto parts stores. I suggest you call around and see if they have the part you're looking for. Because there's so many around so close price checking is a must

I am loyal to AutoZone and this location is my store! I'm nearly known on a name basis! And they place music in their business!
