They were awesome. I thought I had a bad fuse in my cigarette lighter which I only use for phone charging. I explained the problem and then found out that my fuse wasn't bad. They sent someone out to my car and determined it was my phone charger and cord. I so appreciated the extra effort.

I just want to say thank you. Y'all were quick, friendly and so helpful with my car today. I would highly recommend this store for assistance. Thank you again so much.

Very friendly and very helpful to my customer as I am a tow truck driver and my customer had a dead battery, they allowed me to drop on the side of the building and get the customers car into a parking spot and within minutes of having it in that spot they were out there to help my customer. Absolute amazing job.

Always willing to pull DTCs and offer suggestions. Suggestions are maybe not always on point but if you’re accustomed to working on vehicles they’re always a decent starting point.

Nothing special about prices or quality since everything here is market driven because of competitors but their consistently above marks staff really shines and is the reason this place is what it is.

Great people here! They always take care of me! Bought a battery when orielly's refused to honor their warranty and tried to sell me a starter instead of replacing the sad excuse of a battery. If I listened to Orielly I would have had to buy a new battery on top of the non needed starter. I am glad Autozone has such a great team.

First off, Brandt, thank you for all your help! You were nice, compassionate and professional through our experience. Brandt was patient in answering my questions as I am not real knowledgeable about vehicles. Blake…not so much. He seemed far too important to be wasting his time doing his job helping customers. Advice for Blake, get a job not helping customers, or maybe don’t get so offended when asked to do your job. Advice for Brandt, you seem far to nice to work with such douche bags. You’ve only been here for 4 weeks, nothing lost. Go someplace where you may be appreciated more appropriately!

Asked Jessica if she can disconnect my battery because all the codes popped she was rude and disrespectful!

I needed help with a fuse issue going on with my car and the store manager helped me fix it. Awesome customer service. I'll be going here from now on.

They replaced my battery for me. Yay! They've also replaced light bulbs, wipers, etc over the years and are great reading engine codes! All free services unlike other places!

Great knowable employees eager to help you with all your auto parts needs it's a clean store with plenty of parking!

Very good experience.
I went to have my windshield wipers changed after our weird winter.
They were able to do it on the spot. They also helped me pick the best ones for me & my car.

My son and I entered the store. We needed steel brake lines and unions. Not parts that can be looked up on the computer. She helped us get our parts at that store as well picking up parts at a second store. Thanks for your help, Tessa W.

Didn't have the part he offered, was supposed to be 2 in a package,
however the only one left was a single pack, which I needed 2!

On one of the coldest days of the year, the rep changed the bulb in my headlight. I did not catch the lady working there, but she helped me out with something important. I will be a customer there and hope that whoever she was, gets a raise. Good job!

Seth delivered the most excellent customer service today. I was needing a new wiper on my Tundra and he not only was quick to get the part, he put it on for me! Much better customer service than O'Reilly's associates who were not helpful and rude! Great job Seth! Thank you so much~~

Great job! I expected to need to have some parts sent from the warehouse, but all the parts I needed were in stock, in the store!
