AWAYSIS Park reviews
12Very cute park next to the lake! Perfect area to take your children swimming, even little ones! Then they can play right there at the playground! Docks to fish right behind the little lighthouse. Provide beach chairs and umbrellas, Nice little snack shop there and you can also rent kayaks to go out in Amazing little jewel in storm lake here
Quiet and excellent place for walking in the mornings and afternoons.very Clean and Beautiful. Excellent for sharing in groups, it has BBQ areas as well as bathrooms.
Spent the afternoon swimming; small beach area, restrooms and lounge chairs provided. There are kayak rentals available.
The kids always have fun when we go here. Nice play equipment and swimming area. There are also docks nearby for fishing.
Snack bar closed great difficulty in trying to rent kayak just in general very poor management.
My daughter just turned 1 year and she loved it! It has an infant maze, and another area for older children with all sorts of things for them to do. (Different slides, swings, monkey bars, etc) There was also a beach area, kayak rentals and a snack shack/pavillion. I was there for a week and took my daughter on daily walks along the lake. There is a picnic area and restrooms as well.
An awesome playground with lots of challenges for the kids. Even a wheelchair platform that you can roll on to and move it back and forth.
An indoor pavilion is close and kayak rentals look like fun.
An awesome park that has all the kid climbing things including disabled with a wheelchair. There was kayak rentals and also shady benches to sit on.
Very nice beach in Storm Lake Iowa. It is also the home of Buena Vista University. A welcoming community. Unfortunately, we were only there for a few hours on an overnight stop on RAGBRAI L (50).
Beautiful park. I live in South Texas and came here to visit my sister. The park has a large grass area for kids to play in. There is also a long sidewalk trail to walk, ride bikes, or walk your dog. There is a large beautiful playground area for children to play in. There is a large lake in which families can swim and I also saw some boats in the water. Right next to the park is a waterpark which families can also have fun in but I have not visited it yet.
Very fun park for kids, walking distance from water park, great for different age ranges, right next to beach & a food vendor
