Luka is a newer addition to this establishment, and I could not have asked for a better person to assist in digging at my skin with ink, a needle, and a cool gun thing!

Megan is awesome! Great touch with minimal pain and bleeding. Great job covering up a surgery scar. Love my new tatt!

Megan is crazy busy but definitely worth the wait. Small quiet clean shop. Talented artist.

My appointment was at AWOL in Newton Iowa with Luca Antonia apprentice to her mentor Megan Revell. Over text I asked Ms. Luka if she was comfortable with face tattoo's being she is still an apprentice and she assured me she was comfortable and infact has done face tattoos and would be mentored by Megan Revell. Entering the day of my appointment the shop environment was peculiar for the fact there was no tattoo art work displayed & the absence of tattoo samples or templates to pick from. I wanted 3 stars above my right eyebrow using only a cell phone of Ms. Luka to choose a design. Placement of decal was difficult to view because this shop had NO mirrors. NO mirrors? The ONLY avaliable mirror to me was mounted above the hand sink in a poorly lit area.to NOT have ANY MIRRORS of full length view or even hand held was odd to say the least. Megan Revell the mentor did NOT come over to check on Ms. Luka or her work even once. Right when I reached home I called Ms. Luka of my concerns and I wanted to meet up with Megan Revell beings she is the shop owner and mentor to this tattoo. In meeting with Megan RevelI from the moment I entered her attitude was defensive and demeanor was callous and condescending. All I was hoping for was through tutorial or directly to adjust the tattoo accordingly if not part of my money back. Instead she proceeded to blame me the paying customer for my dis satisfaction in this poorly executed tattoo. My complaint lead us outside to throw down.literally we went outside for a physical confrontation. Megan Revell is the "professional" providing the environment upon these circumstances NOT I.and should be held accountable for lack of quality in the sub-par standards. With ZERO public relation skills should not be running a business dealing with the public. She needs to work on manners and don't just mean around the dinner table by looks of it she has that one down. I am NOT & do NOT recommend the establishment of MEGAN REVELL of AWOL in Newton, Iowa.
