The service man was awesome! Cleaned up after himself very knowledgeable as what had to be done. Exlpained every step he took. Would recommend them to anyone who would need bathroom redone.

It sounds like this company uses an independent customer service call center. I told her immediately that I was calling to schedule a bid for resurfacing a bathtub/tub surround at a vacant rental and that I would need the bid sent to me by email, since we live out of state. She took all of my information and explained what sounds like she was trying to upsell me on an acrylic overlay for the existing tub. I said ok, I will schedule the bid and see what our options are. She said they absolutely could not send someone for a bid if the homeowner isn’t present. I explained that my property manager would be the one present and that I still need the information sent by email but I can be on the phone making the decision on what we want to proceed with. Apparently this bothered her because her tone changed and she sounded like she was suddenly didn’t want our business and sounded like she was arguing with me about the fact that I’m not personally going to be there. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors, subcontractors and businesses who have had no issues with handling a simple job like this by phone and email. I now understand that they don’t do tub resurfacing, they only do the overlay and it’s it’s their company policy to not work for out of state real estate investors, even though we have multiple units that could use their services, but what irritates me is the complete waste of time taking all my contact information (probably to now spam my inbox) when I clearly stated within the first minute what I needed and she could have told me right away that they don’t do that and I called the wrong type of business. It specifically states on Google that their services include reglazing, which I now feel is misleading. I would have been fine with an overlay too but this representative’s attitude just killed it for me and I won’t be sending my manager to deal with pushy salespeople who miscommunicate without even listening to what you’re asking for.

I am very satisfied with my new shower. It turned out very nice and I feel safer using it.
TJ did an awesome job. He was a hard worker, staying late to get it finished. There were three glitches that were taken care of right away. All three fellows were professional and took care of them.

Great service and great product at a great price! Everyone was very friendly and responsive.
We had a tub replaced and a tub replaced with a shower. BathFitters was very flexible in scheduling to accommodate delays with a window installation and flooring replacement. Thanks!

Tub I ordered was replaced with different one and was told replacement was better. It's not. Waiting almost a week now to talk to area manager again to figure this out. He didn't send pictures like he said or return my call after leaving a message. Not a satisfied customer especially after what I spent. I have left messages for a couple different people and am not getting any returned calls to fix issue 9-25-23

Job well done, respectful, and completed the same day. Some miscommunication with salesman, but no fault to installer. I would recommend Bath Fitters to friends and family. The only downside is the cost but you get what you pay for.

The installer Julien Hayes was very polite and friendly, explained everything he was doing and why when asked. He was here for 14 hrs. (which my husband okayed) did a fantastic job.tub & shower are exactly what I was hoping for.

After more than a week project not completely done. Very difficult trying to contact regional manager to set up date for completion. Three different installers have been here. Still not completed. Salesman needs more samples of shower base. Shower base is slippery. Wife has used shower twice slipping both times. Installer very professional.

Have had them do both bathrooms. Tub and shower were done 10plus yr ago. Just did a shower redo. Both men were friendly and professional.

We used them to replace tub with a shower. Turned out amazing. Great quality. Workers were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did great work. Communicated very well also. From start to finish was a great experience.

Bath Fitter is a great company. The communication from corporate leading up to installation was phenomenal, which is rare from contractors. Install was trouble free, although the franchise owner forgot to call the first day when the installer called out sick. Aside from that, a two-day installation for a walk-in shower at a reasonable price was our main reason for hiring them, and we are not disappointed in the slightest. Thrilled with the end result, we love our new walk-in shower. Would hire again!

Shower was supposed to take up 1 1/2 days to install. It took 3 days. Now after 2 months, the shower is leaking into our basement bedroom. Based on the condition of the drywall and floor joist, the shower appears to have been leaking since it was installed.

We contacted the service center over 42+ hours ago. We were told our issue was a #1 priority. Here we sit with a leaking shower with no follow up and no scheduled repair appointment. They need to offer a lifetime guarantee because I am growing old waiting for at least a follow up. Given the high price they charge, save your money and hire someone local!

Honestly, I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Bath Fitters. Working with them was 100% professional from top to bottom. The customer service that I received from my installer, Zach, really put it over the top. The weekend before the install, I was rethinking the size of the shower I wanted installed. I stressed about it all weekend. Zach showed up on Monday morning and I told him what I would like to change. I was fully expecting him to say that the parts had already been ordered and received and that we couldn't make changes this late in the game. That's not what he said though. He told me he thought it could work. He called the home office for verification and they were able to make the changes happened. I was shocked. Absolutely shocked. My shower is everything I wanted it to be. I couldn't be happier!
