Very nice people working at this location. It was very nice not having anybody in front of me when checking in. I disconnected from my trailer, pulled into bay #2, and 15 mins later I was backing out. All I needed was 1 steer tire re-balanced. Thanks for the quick service. If anybody is curious it cost $55 to get the steer tire balanced. Company paid. I'm not an owner operator so I'm not sure if that's normal or over priced. Drive safe drivers!

This place will leave you stranded on the side of the highway because of a payment issue I'll remember this in the future

I was rescued by Ray from Bauer built this morning as my mack jelled up in traffic.   He is a great guy, fast and efficient.   Ray has a positive attitude and knows diesels!   If you're stranded call BAUER BUILT And ask for Ray

I was parked in Center Point Iowa at a truck stop. One of my tires was bad. Bauer Built came within the set time frame and in no time I was fixed and ready to roll. Fast service. Service man was Mr. Steve Thomas. Great job

I manage a fleet of FedEx routes in the Cedar Rapids/Marion/Hiawatha area. Yesterday one of my drivers experienced a flat tire while on route and I needed it changed as soon as possible. Based on previous experiences with Bauer, I called them. The dispatcher said he would get someone out there as soon as possible. When the driver showed up, it was someone who had helped us out before (Steve). He was very courteous and professional and got the tire changed out very quickly. I highly recommend considering using Bauer for any service needs you or your company have.

Roberto was very knowledgeable and super nice. I pull hot shot had a flat tire.was loaded, parked there as soon as they opened in and out. GREAT JOB.

Had new tires installed on my 2004 Dutch Star motor home at the Cedar Rapids location. Technician tracked grease in coach.
Left front leveling jack was bent and they claim they could not have done it. It was working fine before I took the coach to them for tires.
Needless to say I will not use them again for tires.

You won't find a better place to work on your truck in here I've been across the United States these guys have it down come here for quality expert service

Great and speedy service. Showed up at shop with blown tire on my trailer half hour before they closed expecting to have to drop off my trailer and wait till the next day to get fixed. Instead guy found a tire for me and got it fixed right away. Awesome service thanks.

From diagnosis of busted tire sensor to rolling out the door I think we spent 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgable, and the price was very reasonable. Repeat business is likely.

Good people Greek place still waiting to get my truck out on the highway I'm loading here in Cedar Rapids right now but I'll find out if they did a great job of a line in it and I'm sure Jamie!

Boomer is the best! If you got a problem he will have you back on the road asap. One of the best tore places around with a very friendly staff.
