Baymont by Wyndham Pella

Staff members were friendly and the room was clean. It is a short drive into downtown Pella and there are several restaurants less than a mile away. Would stay again.

Highly recommend the Baymont Inn for your stay in Pella. The facility was clean, updated, and the staff was wonderful! A shout out to Deborah! She was a rockstar!

The Hotel is very clean, well organised and the staff are brilliant. I arrived at night after a long flight and Debra immediately made me feel at home. All staff are friendly and approachable, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel. We were there over the weekend. Left the hotel for roughly 9 hours on Saturday. Returned to find our door was propped opened and the TV was on. We didn’t leave the TV on and checked the door before we left. They didn’t taken ownership. The bed looked like someone layed on the bed and watched TV (Loud). Pillows were indented as if someone was laying down. They said housekeeping probably did that by mistake. Breakfast was terrible.

They are by far the most accommodating to their guest. They make sure all of their guests have clean rooms, and if we are pleased with our rooms. Their employees go above and beyond to make sure the guest comfortable. Their breakfast is always ready at 6 am and there is plenty of variety. I have been there for 3 weeks now, maybe going on 4 weeks. I will miss talking to them all. But my go-to GIRL IS DEBRA, she works the afternoon shifts. She was there working the night when my Insurance called and booked my room. And of course, it didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. So needless to say there were three charter buses of wrestlers. But when she was checking in, she felt so sorry for me because we were waiting on the confirmation. And it wouldn't come and it didn't come and it didn't come. And I told her don't worry about it it's all good I'll just sit here and hang out with you until it comes in. But she's so chipper she never got down she never made it look like she was stressed out or anything 75 of us was walking through her front doors.

We came to Pella to take care of some business. Debra was extremely helpful in accommodating us as our schedule was uncertain. She allowed us great flexibility in extending our stay. Her cheerful demeanor is greatly appreciated and a real asset to this property.

Debra, Melissa, and Hazel have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have breakfast. Hospitality is great and the pool is super fun. Everything was very clean and the whole experience was excellent.

Thought I'd have place to myself on Thanksgiving day. Not so Large family group took over pool and hot tub. Drove 20 miles out of my way to enjoy a soak in a hot tub after a long drive. Had to wait till the next morning and was sort of grossed out from the foam generated when I turned on the Jets.

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by the Baymont staff. I would strongly encourage anyone working or taking vacation in the Pella area to consider staying at the Baymont. I very much enjoyed my stay.

I highly recommend this as a great place to stay. We were greeted by a high energy Melissa which was really nice after such a long drive. Hazel was really sweet and very quick to be if service. Debra was fantastic. She was very nice with lots of energy I couldn’t get enough of her. The hospitality was 10/10. The pool was well taken care of and lots of fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the breakfast coffee was good!

If you ever find yourself in this lovely little Dutch town you’re in luck if you stay at Baymont! The hospitality alone deserves 5 stars! Melissa, Debra, and Hazel were always there and willing to help us out! We had. A blast in their amazing pool and hot tub and spent a whole afternoon playing volleyball in it! Hotel was very clean and staff activity made sure it stayed that way!

We were here for a mock trial competition in Pella and the staff was very helpful and understanding, especially given how we arrived early in the morning. Debra, Hazel and Melissa especially were amazing.

Honestly this is one of the best deals in town! I have tried them all. These guys are clean, the staff is friendly and willing to work with you, and the price is great. I was able to get a suite and save money compared to others in town. I have been here a few times and Deborah is always a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend to my colleagues and friends.

It was our first time visiting the Pella, Iowa State area. My son was visiting the local College there. The Hotel environment is clean, the staff are a delight, patient and very customer friendly. We were unable to attend worship service and the Hotel staff provided a quiet place for me to Go Live. My family and I would definitely return and anyone looking to stay in the area whether it is for College, vacation or business, make sure you make your way to Baymont in Pella.

Our stay was amazing! Debra the clerk helped us out big time, let us borrow her car so we could buy jumper cables for our car that was dead and then she jumped started our car. Our room was incredible the executive suite, it was nice and clean. Right when you walk into the hotel it smelled so clean! Great service all around!

Great place to spend a night. There is a pool that is very fun and has a volleyball net set up. The rooms and the rest of the hotel is very clean. They have breakfast. Lastly the hospitality was amazing, Debra, Melissa, and Hazel are great and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff.amazing! The pool and hot tub, very nice. The room was clean. The only negatives are.the beds are very hard (we all had a tough time sleeping). The walls are very thin but the guests in the adjoining room were kind enough to keep the noise level under control, especially around bedtime. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast.which isn't bad for a free meal. The wifi worked very well. I want to say I will stay again because aside from the beds it really was a pretty nice place to stay.but I don't know if my back could take another night.

Hazel was at the front desk, she was very helpful. She made changes 3 days for us. Stephanie was Awesome. So friendly and offered extra towels. Last hotel I was at, the person was rude and declined to give extra towels. So this made me feel welcome right away. She talked to us all 3 days. Stephanie is an asset to your company. The hot tub was clean and wonderful as the entire pool room. There was another lady, Debra I think our first night, very patient, quiet and helpful. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and we felt very welcomed. Down to earth.

The rooms were clean and cozy. After everyday when I came back from work the beds were all made and trash removed. The people at the front desk kind and lively l. Overall I had a good stay.

Friendly atmosphere! Very clean and quiet. The room was very lovely. Debra was an incredible help in extending my reservation.
