I had an exceptional experience at this newly remodeled Best Western motel. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a restful stay. The hot breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The spacious parking lot was a convenient bonus, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, making the entire stay seamless. I highly recommend this motel for its top-notch facilities and attentive service.

I have been visiting my family for the holidays. I have been at this hotel since January 6th. I have stayed at the other hotels in the area and for the rates charged I highly recommend this hotel. I have a handicap accessible room that is clean, roomy and quiet. Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful.

The friendly and hospitable service and attention to the smallest of details are met from the time you walk through the door and the breakfast is always on time theirs nothing left out when it comes to First class five Star attentive atmosphere with the maintenance staff painting and repairing the indoor swimming pool has given winter the sun in fun for convenience on the coldest days and sweet romance of cuddling with the one you love a top of the line fitness center and the most indulging peaceful rest you need to reenergize your mind body and sweetest of dreams but most importantly smile's that Britten both hard days night and frustrated travels this is business and vacation all wrapped up into one with affordable rates

Enjoyed staying at SureStay. Best Western. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast could have been better some days.

Was double charged on my cc.breakfast was gross milk was bad the gravy for the biscuit was thicker then paste room was comfortable and fairly clean

The place is run down.once again the toilet ran all night and the refrigerator didn't work.along with the room telephone.

Gave a 1 want to over charge and couldn’t even use the pool as it had nasty film all over it the other guess where so rude didn’t get not sleep the first 2 nights as they where loud called the front desk and they never did anything about it. My family will not back and it was infested with ants all over the room

Recently renovated however, some things were missed. Example, the shower curtain rod was completely rusted.

Rooms were OK to be honest, price was alright, but breakfast could have been better besides the cereal.

Trash place they ripped off too pricey and the (asian) guy who works at desk so rude, arrogant and doesn't know English doesn't know how to talk politely with guest I guess, how they hire such kind of people management needs to be change, bed bugs we found and totally trashy shady hotel and staff as well. Wouldn't stay or recommend anyone. Charge like Marriott brand

Rooms clean and quiet. Staff us super friendly and supportive. Won't break your bank account and close to good restaurants!

The guy at the front desk was just severely rude and impatient with any of my questions. Some of the worst customer service ive dealt with in years. The shower didnt even work in the room i was booked into. Also the milk for breakfast was sour. Ive never had sour rotten milk in my life until my stay here, and when i brought it up, there was a total lack of concern and im not even sure if they changed out the milk.

This hotel is about as shady as they come. The front desk guy double charged my card, and was mad when I asked for a refund of the double charge.
The pool is broken and they say that it's gonna be fixed soon, come to find out it's been broke down for almost a year.
I feel like the indian gentleman behind the counter was super shady with my money, surly when I for my money back, and he got very weird when I let him know (politely) that the milk on the breakfast bar was spoiled

Definitely never staying there again. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
Not worth the money

Nice clean and comfortable rooms with a couch and little seating area in each suite. Got in late at night but the front desk was helpful and checked us right in. There were some questionable looking people here and that made us a little uneasy but no loud noise or partying going on on the 2nd floor anyway?

This is a good place to rent a room people who working they are giving good service. They are friendly and nice to customer. Motel was pretty clean nice bedrooms. Beds are comfortable. And a good price.

They overcharged my debit card an extra $170, and not only did it without my foreknowledge, but then couldn't explain to me why or how afterwards. I will have to contact a corporate office to reach a conclusion. UPDATE: 09/18/20, contacted corporate, they say the manager fined me $150 for smoking in the room, which we never did, and she lied to me and said that's not even what the extra charge was for. Corporate took her word completely, and was completely unwilling to make anything right. I'll never give Best Western or any of their affiliates any of my money ever again.
