We have always had excellent service from Bianchi, especially when we've had to call on a weekend.

I called for an inspection and cleaning of a very old furnace located in my elderly parents house. It was a Tuesday and I was told a tech would call to set up appointment. A day later, I called because colder weather was coming in at week's end and I advised Kelly that my elderly parents would be needing it. She advised me that we were low on the que of work orders and they would get back to me.
I told her that with over 25 years if service work in the field, I would wait before turning on and possibly risk CO poisoning. She said she would note the account.
It is now Friday, 3 days after making the appointment and another call was met with no concern and 2 separate hangups by Kelly. This is certainly not the way I would think a company would want to treat their customers.
My concern for my elderly parents well being was met by "it's not that cold" comment.
I would open a heating/AC business in this town and show them what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I will be taking every opportunity to NOT recommend this company to anyone here

I wanted to thank Mr. Bianchi for coming to my house without my knowledge and removing the vibrating, used, noisy outside compressor motor he installed last summer and relieving me of my obligation to pay him for the sub-standard work he performed. I failed to pay him. Absolutely My fault. My wife died of cancer and I lost my full time job. I explained this to him when he was here, and told him it would take some time to get the bill paid, which was ok with him at the time. I did not expect him to quietly come back last week and do me the favor of taking back the motor, but it’s a big blessing that he did. No, I’m not a deadbeat, but after he showed up on my front porch angry, demanding full payment shortly after his “repairs”, I knew if I told him it still wasn’t working properly, that would only provoke his anger further. I called the wrong guy. My mistake.

I called them and a service man was sent out. He did not know anything about floor furnace. He looked up at the furnace & looked at the burners which were all firing up. He thought that the burners might need cleaned out. It took him awhile to locate a small piece of wire to clean the burners out. He mentioned that he had never seen a floor furnace before, so he really did not know what to do. He was here about 30-45 minutes, with no improvement in the furnace function. I got a bill for $72.21. Will never call them again.

My heater stopped working on a Saturday and I wanted to try to fix it on my own because I don't have a lot of cash. Long story short.after several phone calls from me with questions and even letting me come out so they could look at my ignitor. I finally gave up after about five hours and asked them to come look at it. Mr. Bianchi came out and fixed it in about 15 minutes. (and yes they did initially ask if I wanted them to come out on my first phone call and I said no)

He was very helpful and kind. He was very patient with me and freely answered all my questions without hesistation. After all that he billed me a very fair price and I gladly paid it.

I highly recommend Bianchi Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Installed a furnace at our cabin last fall. Worked great this winter. Great price, service and helped me get rebate from Mid American Energy.
