My experience was more than expected, very nice people an environment. They went Beyond their job expectations to help me.

Exceptional customer service. Took bike tire in around 1140. Owner said, 1/2 hr. Then put quarters in my parking meter, suggested great lunch at Wayfair. I came back picked up tire for very fair and reasonable price. Made my day! Thank you for the best customer service I have ever experienced!

David was phenomenal! Didn’t put any pressure to buy anything. Made sure we walked or rode (lol) with the perfect fit for our needs!

This was my first experience to Bicycle World and it was absolutely amazing! The customer service was out of this world. It was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Amazing customer service! Took in my Canyon for service and it looks and rides like new! Shifting is great and they even deep cleaned and washed it while in service. Happy to find a friendly and professional bike shop in town!

My son and I were mountain biking in the area from out of town. I had a wipe out at needed a new rim and my son popped his tire for the second time of the day.

The staff at Bicycle World were awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I told them we were from out of town and did every quickly so we could get back on the trails and enjoy our day. They were very thorough in their repairs and even took a wheel off a new bike to replace mine! The trip to Bicycle World was our bright spot in our rough biking day.

I found the service to be wonderful. Dave the owner help me with a bike fit that solved a riding issue. He noticed a mechanical problem with the bike that could have caused damage to the bike and to me and fixed it no charge. Dave and staff care about the biking community and it shows. It’s a very laid back vibe and all are willing to ask questions and talk about bikes with you.

Dave & team were great to work with. Worked on a bike for us, finding a solution for 1/2 the cost of another local shop. We will be back!

I bought a Trek FX4 from Dave and Perrish in early 2022; a few months before RAGBRAI. I told them I wanted a bike I wouldn’t have to work on bc I’m not a gear head. I can fix a chain and put air in my tires but that’s the extent of my experience. They sold me this bike and I’ve used it on two RABRAIs. No issues whatsoever except I had my chain slip off the crank set. I’d learned to hold down the rear derailleur, shift gears, and crank the pedal to fix that. The point is, I’ve put 1,800 miles on this bike on too long rides plus recreational use at home and it still rides quiet and smooth. Highly recommend seeing Dave at Bike World’s new location in the Millwork’s district in Dubuque.

I went to Bicycle World with an idea of the bike I wanted to purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful from the get-go. They got me on the bike right away and started making adjustments so the bike fit me. The whole time, they were personable and wanted to ensure the bike was just right. I didn't walk out with the bike after my purchase because they wanted to fine-tune things before I took it out of the shop. I had a great experience and would recommend Bicycle World to anyone looking for a quality bike, personalized experience, and top notch help!

My go-to lbs in Dubuque! Great selection of bikes and components/accessories, but more importantly a friendly and knowledgeable staff that can help you out with anything on your bike, big or small! Parish and Dave are the best around, they'll take good care of you.

Excellent service, excellent products. Kalyn fixed us up with everything we needed for a 60-mile ride along Heritage Trail. New Trek hybrid bikes did not disappoint. Staff is knowledgeable about cycling, as well as local routes. Very friendly, very helpful. Great location, too, for out-of-town visitors. Highly recommend Bicycle World.
