Very dishonest employees. My mother in law went there for a simple oil change and they came out and told her she needed a new cabin filter, yet her car doesn't have one. They then told her she needed new brakes, but they were just replaced a couple months ago. When she called them on it, they said it was a different car. They look to take advantage of people, and they chose the wrong one today. Please go anywhere else.

Brandon and Luke did an awesome job, big o tires is awesome, I will be coming back for any of my tire needs!

Had these guys in Altoona put 4 new tires on my s-10,10 days later my rear wheel started wobbling and I barely made it to Joel’s Auto on Broadway before it came completely off as I pulled into a parking spot there in a hurry. Called Big 0 and they said “I can take a look at it, but I don’t sell parts. ” He assured me the lug nuts were tight when it left his shop because they torque them on & the tech signed off that they were. Well I wouldn’t have made it back to Big Zero for these clowns to fix it, unfortunately I decided to pay Joel’s Automotive to fix their mistakes & they said there were several loose lug nuts all around the vehicle. Never going back to Big O ever & I’ll repeat this story to everyone I talk to about tire service on account of how I was treated after being stranded. After a call from Joel’s Automotive I find out none of the valve stems had been replaced either. Thanks Big Zero!

The crew there was very helpful. I know they have a lot of appointments to work around, but they found a way to get me in and out quickly. It was much appreciated!

Took my company van for an oil change and a tire repair and a week half later same tire got another nail in it they took care of it no charging great team and great people at Big O Tire Altoona Iowa I will definitely be going back for my future services thank you very much

Walked in to get a basic tire check dreading that they were automatically going to tell me I needed 4 new tires and it was going to cost me. Only to be told a simple $20 tire rotation was all my vehicle needed. Friendly customer service and prompt service!

It’s a great team. They are friendly and care about each other and treated us very well. I will day that they do push there foreign off brand tires which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a five. We bought some Coopers and they have made a great difference over what was on the car before. Also they do alignments. A must for anyone who sells tires.

Oil change, headlight delivery (from third party) and install were speedy. Good guys. Will be back.

The team at Big O got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. New tire mount and balance on wheel I brought in. Definitely recommend these guys.

I called Brandon and the gang after I put my car in the ditch and I needed an alignment and he was able to get me in the same day. He told me it would take as long as 90 minutes to get it done but they had it done in less than 30 which was outstanding. Service is very friendly as well!

These guys were so nice and went above and beyond to get the job done as soon as possible!

The workers at Big O Tires were very helpful in fixing my car and also did everything they could to get the job done by the end of the day so I could drive the two hours home. They explained everything they were working on and were very helpful!
