This car wash used to be one of the areas hidden gems. But I don't think it's even a car wash any longer. Half of the items no longer work. The left side has no pressure in the wash setting. Just skip it and go to a better place.

No way to contact them about issues want my refund for a wash I didn't use due to broken nozzle

I thought getting extra time was making up for the low water pressure. I was wrong the low time audible warning wasn't working.loaded another $1.75 to rinse off soap suds that remained. This location has slowly gone downhill, which makes no difference as I will find a better place to wash my car.

Big Z's Car wash is by far the worst carwash that I have ever used in my life. My motorcycle got more filthy by washing in piles of mud and all kinds of debris spread through the washing stall. Save your vehicle and avoid this place

I tried to use one vaccum and it took my money used the 2nd one same thing! Wasted 2.50 with no way to get my money back for this! Ugh annoying!
