I would recommend buying a newer or newish car here but I would NEVER recommend having them do any work on your vehicle. NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE. Honestly find a local mechanic who won't rip you off and won't lie to you about the work they did. The guys that are there to meet you in the bay are super rude (I only asked a simple question.) The mechanics are messing around in the back and not even doing half the things other places offer for basic car maintenance. Honestly better going to a Walmart and that's saying something! More or less you should avoid anything with them if you want your new car to run properly. Take this advice from someone who knows a little more about cars then the average driver.

Beau went above and beyond to welcome me as a new service customer and to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. From shuttle drivers to the person booking the be appointment I received friendly professional service.

The service manager explained everything very clearly, and even though the problem couldn't be fixed that day, he explained what needed to be done in the future. He is very personable and knowledgeable.

I've bought two cars from here and both of them had to go into the shop multiple times in the first year. I like the sales man I had and the techs are nice, I'm just upset that not once but twice I've had issues with their cars.

Having troubles with my nissan thinking it was a air flow problem. Service man Said transmission was going bad. I never questioned it due first thing on my mind was now what do I do. I ended up trading it in but never felt comfortable woth it cause I felt something wasn't right. A month or so later it just so happens a friend of mine bought the nissan. They never did mention the transmission problem to him. He said it was kinda sluggish and I told him same thing for me. 12000 miles later and he hasn't had any issues with it. I'm wondering if the transmission was even going bad. Needless to say I will not bring my business there again.

Well we did stop again to talk about a service plan as advised. Salesman was busy, left my name and number TWO weeks ago. Didn't seem interested then, and TWO weeks later I guess he is still uninterested.
I'll check with Sioux Falls next time I am up there. This city has some forgettable car sales people.

I have purchased 3 vehicle's from Billion Nissan in the last year and a half. 1 brand new, 1 six months old and the last one was a 2017 Lincoln. After agreeing on a price for the Lincoln (a car for my son) he went to sign the paperwork and bring it home. The agreed upon price included tax, title, license and purchase price. I received this price both verbally and thru a text message. Needless to say after he signed the paperwork, his first ever purchase and had no idea what should be included, they left out the tax title and license fee but kept the purpose price the same. Many, many phone calls later I'm being told it's basically not their problem and there's nothing they can do. Most insulting and frustrating vehicle purchase I've ever made, will never, ever set foot in any Billion dealership again

Well, first I had to come back with the car the back window wiper fluid wasn’t coming out. Service dept had to take apart par of car and ended up being a kinked hose. Then on my way home the AEB light came on and stayed on for no reason. We turned car off and on and light is still on. Overall a cute nice car but not happy that my miles are traveling to the dealership because there’s stuff wrong with it right away it’s ridiculous! Sales man was nice and helpful is all I can say. I’d like to tear up the contract and give the car back all I get is lemons.

I would rather go to a dentist for a root canal then deal with car salesman. However, this is the first time I have bought a car and felt like someone listened, gave superior customer service during the sale and after the sale, gave prompt communication, and made the process so smooth. Thank you so much to Jestin, he is AMAZING to deal with.

Awful service they don’t know how to run a shop. They did our last oil change and then pulled our car out and didn’t even tell us it was done so we waited an extra 1/2 hour till I went and asked where our car was and the guy didn’t know he had to go check then today they call us in for a rear seat belt recall and they don’t tell us when the call how long it will take and even when we arrive they don’t know how long it will take. If you don’t have a warranty or didn’t just buy a new vehicle from them don’t come here and actually don’t buy a vehicle from them it will be a continued headache. Very poor service and communication.

I asked for tire rotation and oil change. But the nice gentleman that worked on my car checked my tires and said the tire rotation wasn’t needed as the better tires were already in the front. So he removed that charge from the invoice since it wasn’t needed. Im a female so it was very nice to know that there are still honest and helpful people out there when he could have not told me and charged me for the rotation. I wouldn’t have known. So I appreciate the awesome service provided and the honesty of the gentleman that removed the charge for the rotation. I will always go here for my routine vehicle services.

Brought my Murano in without an appointment after it would not start and a friend jumped it. They checked it within an hour and called me to let me know it was a battery and the approximate cost. They had my car back to me later that afternoon.

One of our vehicles was over at location when a string of robberies on catalytic converters occurred and we were ever so lucky to have ours stolen off our vehicle while at their lot. We were basically told we had to go through our insurance carrier and it wasn't their issue. We feel this was very unprofessional and we will not do business with them in the future. This was a very disappointing situation considering we have done so much business with them.
