I spent years going to Bliss Nails when they had a different name in WDSM. They had great service for the price. However the price has gone up and customer service went down. Spent so much on a service without the company making it up to you when they don't give you the color or length of nails you asked for and take 2 hours on a manicure. I've been a loyal customer for years but realized they just don't appreciate that at all.

All the staff here are super friendly and great at their jobs. Also have a full bar accessible for having some fun while getting pretty!

I've gone here numerous times. Never had an issue, really like going here. I love how I sit at a bar. However today was not a good experience. She was so rough with my nails and cuticles. I told her numerous times "ouch" "you got my skin" she just said. "oh it's fine. " I'm bleeding in 4 different spots on my fingers. It will be awhile before going back.

A great cocktail is an awesome pairing with a great pedicure. Best place to go to treat yourself and your feet.

Poor customer service. I was cut twice with clippers. When it came to applying polish, they were stacking layers and layers of polish, without letting my polish to dry. This was meant to be my day to relax however they were arguing with me. I requested someone else to do my nails. I will not be back

Bliss nail is my always go-to place. Top notch customer service and always walk away better than when I got there. Highly recommend everyone check them out.

Visited here Monday! The Lady that did my nails did exactly what I asked for She was sweet, quick and skilled. I wish I had asked her name! I prefer this place.

I got a pedicure there Wednesday it’s now Sunday and the polish is coming off mind you I got shellac then I don’t know what his son did but my big toe is on fire then they didn’t give me all of what I paid for either

They literally made fun of my mom the whole time and were on the phone and not paying attention to my nails and they are uneven and he didnt put a top coat on after and they were sticky and glitter was falling off. They were also not glued on strong enough because one fell off after a week.

Bad service, we were three customers, there were only two people to serve us and one of them had to get up to prepare the drinks and the man did not do the pedicure because he was on the phone and they charged a lot and did not recite the nails either. I do not recommend it

My sister-in-law and I have been coming to Bliss every 3 weeks for over a year. We love the staff and they do an amazing job every time. Vincent is the best!

Had a very thorough pedicure when visiting! I was also greeted right away and seated within 5 minutes of my appointment. I was offered a drink (for purchase) immediately and everything was spelled out regarding services and prices very clearly. I will return when I'm in Des Moines next!

They overcharge for work they do not how to do. The man helping me did not know how to ombré Nails. Their customer service is horrible and the employees only talk to each other in their language but won’t talk to the customer. I would never go back to them! My nails were nothing like I asked!

I love the concept. However, they seemed too busy to serve drinks so I did not order one. I liked my nails and got what I asked for. They lasted as long as expected. One thing to note was a random long wait in the middle of the application where my tech disappeared for like 20 min without really telling me he was leaving. My friend that got a pedicure wound up getting done before me because of that.

My only true warning/nitpick would be that if you make an appointment time, you're probably still going to have to wait.

Emily did a great job on my nails today. I like them short and she did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely have her do my nails again.
