This was the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from BMW of Des Moines and like always they never disappoint! Customer service is top-notch and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Ira was again very helpful with guiding me though the process of choosing my next vehicle.

Although I changed my mind multiple times Ira and the whole team at BMW of Des Moines were flexible and accommodating! This time around my situation was more complex and they defiantly went above and beyond what any other dealership would do to get the deal done!

Another thing I appreciate is everyone's transparency! I did a lot of research about leasing this time around. Every questioned I asked was met with a straightforward and truthful answer. And everything in the lease agreement lined up with the great deal that they offered me.

If you are in the market for a new vehicle and want a dealership and salesman that is transparent, honest, and won't stop till the deal is done and the customer is satisfied then you want to work with Ira and BMW of Des Moines!

We recently purchased a SUV from Waye Terry and Carson Thomas. I can't explain how helpful they were. We love our vehicle. The customer service they provided was amazing. These guys will be getting all my business in the future.

We purchased our BMW on 2/13 and were lead to believe that as part of that transaction, our trade in (which was still financed) would be paid off completely by BMW. To this day, the balance due remains unpaid which has resulted in fees and payment penalties as well as a negative impact on our credit rating which is unacceptable. I have already attempted to have this resolved in person with the finance manager at the dealership as well as made additional attempts to seek resolution via email with the office administrator. I have left voicemails to the general manager and have yet to get any kind of an update. Being that this is our first time conducting business with BMW, we are not getting the level of service and assistance that should be baseline for any business. Please make every effort to make this right immediately or we have no choice but to resort to assistance outside of BMW for resolution

They were able to get me on the road in the exact car I was looking for (color, interior, everything) Every salesperson was friendly not just the one I was looking for. Exceeded my expectations, I typically dread going to the dealership

Had been almost 10 years since I was last in the market shopping for cars, I had all options in the world where I could get my next car from. This all started one day going through car wash after gym as my normal routine, an absolute stunning white BMW 3 Series in front me caught my eyes. I could not even wait until I got out of the car wash to start looking the car up, and next day I walked in BMW of Des Moines.

Calvin greeted me when I walked in. I told him I was there to test drive the 3 Series; and actually a beautiful 330i I saw the day before brought me in. The moment I said that, the best car shopping story started. Calvin happened to be that white BMW in front of me in the car wash! It was all meant to be! But of course that was not the only reason I went home with a new 330i the same day.

Calvin is very well trained and so knowledgeable about the cars. Owning a 10-year old vehicle and outdated technology, Calvin did such a great job educating me on all the advanced technologIes in the car. Not just that, Calvin also asks me the right questions about my personal needs; and pays attention to listen. He made sure I was fully aware of what I was looking for and what I was looking at. He definitely helped me make the decision of car choice much easier.

In addition, the entire staff team is very friendly and professional. Shopping for cars can be very stressful, but these guys definitely made the entire experience wonderful and pleasant. I really appreciate how the finance manager Greg went above and beyond to get my loan approved so quickly. He also explained things very clear; and made the transitioning process smooth and seamless. I feel like I am in good hands now with my new BMW 330i xDrive. I highly recommend BMW of Des Moines.

Over all it is a positive experience. Excellent welcome, show around and test drive. One financial staff was on vacation, so the waiting time for payment is a little longer then expected. Also, the information of odometer seems to be not that accurate. Autocheck and BMWUSA.com said around 29000 miles, but the car and carfax showed around 23500 miles. However since it is a CPO, maybe not too much to worry? The car is really fun to drive.

Carson T.was our client advisor, he was very polite, professional and easy to do business with. He had everything ready for us when we arrived which made the process quick and easy. The price of the vehicle was fair. I would highly recommend BMW of Des Moines and Carson.

We purchased our new vehicle last thursday. Sat with Ira Booker. Heck of a guy. Very nice, very respectful. He made our buying process very easy. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, not sure if we would be approved, but Ira made sure we left with my husbands dream car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My father and I just walked into the showroom to look at an i3 model for my grandfather as he is interested in upgrading. We walked through the entire showroom, looked a few cars and not one sales representative said a word to us. Very interesting model of selling cars. Won’t be going back.

I traded my RoverSport for a BMWx3 and couldn't be more thrilled. My experience at BMW/DesMoines with ***T O N Y & team *** has been above excellent. Tony jumps through hoops to make everything happen seamlessly. The premier service with BMW is what I missed at a-la-carte Rover/Jag of the SW&WestCoast. My new BMWx3 is a blast! Our car had problem before hitting the road for our cross-country trip from NYC to LA. BMW of Des Moines happened to be the place we had to stop due to engine issues. It turns out that it was just a software update that the previous dealership (who fixed out oil leak) did not address. Dennis provided excellent service. It turned out that it was complete covered by our warrantee, and he even made sure we go our refund - sent right to our new home in CA!

I took a vehicle in for pre-purchase inspection. The staff was open and honest on telling me about problems with a vehicle so I decided not to buy it. I thought the staff did an exceptional job in working with me. I would recommend this car dealership.

My daughter recently totaled her car so we were quickly looking for a used car replacement. Kelly Osborn helped us find exactly what we needed and he was very comfortable to work with; even on a 1 degree weather day! If you are in need of a used car, ask for Kelly... He seems like the Guru for their used cars, is great at his job, and is a pleasure to work with.

Brad made an out of town purchase as easy as it could be. Flew in to buy the car; everything was as expected. Low stress.
The only reason not 5 stars was it took 17 days to get the title. Nobody's fault really; should have informed myself better.

Very pleased with my 528i xDrive purchase - ranging from Kelly Osborn made the car selection process easy without pressures to the end with Shawn Decker working through some financing changes. Solid group of people to work with for your next BMW.

FYI - didn't think the call back message was good at all. She said "I will call you back at my convenience. " Would have sounded better if she had said "I will call you back as soon as I can". It also takes her a long time to answer. I just about gave up. But, she is fabulous to talk to!

I bought a 6300 hundred 2010 vw and the salesman, Eric treated me just like I purchased a 75000 BMW convertable great experience and because of that when I find the need to purchase another vehicle, you can be sure that I will be back with you and especially your wonderful salesman eric.
