Bob's Guitars, Cedar Falls IA

Openly stated I was there just to look around and one worker kept pushing pricier and pricier guitars. Then the same worker picked up a guitar of his own and played OVER ME while saying I should play differently and kept pushing products. I understand they are there to sell but I just wanted to look, and honestly might have gotten a guitar if I was left alone to browse. Had some good guitars and banjos but I went to just kill some time and enjoy guitars and left annoyed and unsatisfied.

I bought a Martin at Bob’s Guitars earlier this year, leaving my first Fender with John for some much needed TLC/repair. I just bought my first acoustic amp and am soon purchasing a perfect starter fender strat for my son. The owner sat with me, showing me the guitar, answering questions, and teaching me things I would normally be embarrassed to ask. Very fair, knowledgeable, kind, and down-to-earth, authentic, professional people who appear to love pretty much everything about guitars and people who play them or want to play them. I will not be going elsewhere! Thank you Matt, Don, John, Bob, and the kind man I thought was Bob, for getting me excited about music again!
