My recent deep tissue treatment was excellent. Randi Meyer was very professional, knowledgeable, and tenacious with my muscles. I will be happy to make the 3-hour drive again for a treatment with Randi.

Always my go to for massages. Had a hot stone massage for the first time earlier this month and although initially being unsure about it, it was amazing! Highly recommend.

Torie Koeller is an amazing stylist. Both of my boys have crazy hair with a mind of its own and she gives them perfect cuts every time. If that’s not enough, she gives the loveliest facials too.

Met Randi Meyer this time, a licensed massage therapist. She earned a repeat customer for sure! Unbelievable deep tissue massage! Best massage I have ever had! The place is very clean and they follow Covid guidelines. Absolutely comfortable with the safety procedures they have in place.

Love Body & Soul! I've had facials, massages, manicures and pedicures here, and I have always left feeling pampered and rejuvenated! It's such a calming and relaxing environment. Plus, the chai tea is amazing!

I utilized B&S’s waxing services. Ashley did a great job. She was efficient and skilled. She’s perfectly professional without being formal. I highly recommend her!

A little disappointed in my massage today. I was scheduled for a 60min massage and asked a question on the length of time I was actually getting the massage because I felt like I was shorted time and it was a very uncomfortable situation that wasn’t handeled well. I just paid for the hour but make sure they set a timer for the length of time you want.then no questions asked! Massages aren’t cheap and I don’t treat myself to them often and when I do I want the full 60 minutes! Receptionist was super friendly!

I’ve been going to Body and Soul for years and I have always been satisfied with their customer service and with the massage therapists. Kristi is definitely one of the best therapists I’ve ever had.

This is a very nice spa. The staff is excellent and the facilities are quite nice. The only reason it gets 4 stars is this is not the nicest place in town in my opinion. On the other hand if you want excellent customer service and a very clean and well cared for facility this place is excellent. The price is a little on the high side.

I went to one of the strength training classes here and was really disappointed that they weren't more progressive. Bootcamp-type classes are really popular now and they didn't have any of those available. The one class I took was more like stationary weight training. I look for a little more from my gyms.

I have more recently been back for both yoga and their salon services. I think their talents are more on those areas than the workouts. I go there regularly and always have a good experience. I also highly recommend Kristi for both pedicures and massages. She's very skilled and professional.

Worst manicure I've ever had, poor selection and poor quality. Cost was way more than the quality received!
