Not very happy with my experience today. I’m currently opening a new business which means I have a lot of stuff to buy and like every entrepreneur I’m looking for ways to make things run easier. I came into today with a small list of stuff I needed to grab for health inspection while I was there I wanted to take the opportunity to look around the store and see if any items jumped out at me that might help with my business.
My plan was to browse the store. From the moment I walked in I was followed up and down every isle. I definitely got the vibe I was being followed so I didn’t steal anything. I explained to the gentleman I just wanted to look around as he continued to follow me. I did mention a few items I was specifically interested in. He wanted to lead me directly to those items without giving me the opportunity to look at anything else. When we approached items I needed he stood between me and the display making it hard to look and compare. After being in the store being followed for 20 min I got frustrated purchased the few items I had in my hand and left. I forgot half the stuff I came in for because I was distracted by rep following me around. I might give this location one more shot, but if I’m treated this way again I will take my business to a competitor.

Staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
David Lee has a plethora of experience in all facets of kitchen supply and service, he is the best in my book. Great store, great help

Lots of variety of needed supplies for our restaurant, but lots of gadgets for the home kitchen too!

If I could rate 0 start I would. September 2019 spent estimate $7,000.00 on 2 fryers, range and flattop. We don’t use the range daily. Went to use the oven yesterday and won’t stay lit. Called our election and the thermal coupler is broke. I called today and was told (not exact words) you get what you pay for unfortunately the range was on the lower end of cost. (It was around $2,000.00) and there is nothing they can do. Thanks for selling poor quality appliances. I will never purchase anything else from this company.

Great place to buy cooking utensils, pots, pans and lots of other great stuff.

Restaurant quality with good prices. Some people want the pretty or fancy looking tools and that's fine. I was shopping for someone who wants something that will work for a long time

Very helpful staff and so much to see. I'm looking forward to going back.
