Boot Barn reviews
13Garrett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything more. 11/10 experience thanks to him.
Stood over by the stetson hats for 10 minutes struggling to find a hat and the 2 employees were helping everyone else walked past me twice and didn't offer any assistance.
Just went in with my husband who is pretty picky about his footwear. Twenty minutes with Lori, and she found him not just a pair of boots but a pair of shoes too. She is a wonderful miracle worker!
They have a nice variety of boots nice variety of men's and women's clothing but the prices are ridiculous I can buy them here locally the jeans that I bought I bought a pair of Ariat jeans they're really comfortable I can buy them locally here from between $50 and $60 there at the Boot Barn $90 was ridiculous
Lori was a great help to me! She was friendly, very informative, and made sure I had what I needed to keep my new boots looking good!
Very helpful and The lady Cali there will get u right on point I loved it for my first time and my very first pair of Cowboy boots I bought myself
Great service! Cali helped get my husband's hat cleaned off and she was super sweet and helpful!
It would be nice if they would carry more of a selection of met guard work boots. Our sales clerk was very helpful!
Excellent people! I always enjoy shopping there. Many styles of boots to choose from, and employees who are dedicated to getting you into the right fitting boot. I gain new information every visit, on how to care for and get the most life out of out of my boots.
Merydith did an awesome job helped find a great pair of jeans really made the customer feel important
This should be a 5 star review, because this is a really nice store. They have a variety of western, casual, and work boots and they also sell shoes. They also have a small Carhartt section. And they sell a variety of casual clothing and outerwear. I ding them 1 star because every display in the store was meticulously neat and well stocked except for the size 14 and 15 men's boot/shoe display. They had 2 pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes in size 14, none of the wide width. The size 15 display was completely empty. I dinged them another star because the whole time I was in the store I wasn't acknowledged or offered help beyond an initial greeting as I walked in the door. Even when I was trying on the 1 pair of size 14 shoes they had back there. I noticed another reviewer mentioned the snobbery they experienced at this store, so maybe it was that. I noticed the other customers were being well taken care of.
As soon as I walked in a saleslady pointed me to, in her words, plain least-expensive belts. I would have walked out but my jeans were sagging. So I spent $85 on one. Never again there
Very knowledgeable, Friendly staff. Price match everything. Also has union discount as well as military current AND past service.
