Purchased quantity of 50 POP rivets, P/N SD66BS, costing $0.1260 each. Total weight is 0.6 lb. (9.6 oz.) per the UPS shipment info I received. Bossard originally charged my debit card $22.94 shipped via UPS Ground. The rivets cost $6.30 altogether, which means the shipping was $16.64. Fine, I accepted that.

Then, I receive the PDF invoice, and Bossard decides to adjust the charge to $30.99. Again, $6.30 for the rivets, which means the shipping jumped from the original $16.64 to $24.69. They didn't inform me of the new shipping cost. I would have cancelled the order if they had, because charging $24.69 to ship a 0.60 lb. (9.6 oz.) package via UPS Ground is absolutely ludicrous.

Whether it is $8 or $80 more, they should have notified me of the price increase. It's about honesty and integrity. Never doing businesses with Bossard again. Filed a BBB complaint demanding refund of the increased charge.

Edit: Sales manager from Bossard did intervene and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Been here two times in the same week for an unload. Each time, the receiver has been amazing!

Don’t work here. Especially the kitting department. This place is a joke I put my two week notice in and they wanted to terminate me early? Wow. Round of applause bossard.

Everything is good except can't use their restroom and must stay inside while loading or unloading.

Not the first time here and always good experience. Unloading 30-40min, no appointment needed. If you arrive after 6pm and park overnight they don't say anything.
