* BEWARE* When I tell you this is the worst company to hire for anything I can't stress that enough please don't make the same mistake I made

Worst care company! Don’t use them! Different staff almost every morning visit who aren’t trained, have no idea what to do because they don’t come prepared. They MUST read the care plan of the individual BEFORE they come! Don’t use them!

BrightStar is great to work with as a home care provider. Sara is an amazing outreach coordinator who makes transitions smooth and makes sure each individual has the exact services they need when they go home.

I not only recommend this company because I have worked for them for just about 2 years as an RN and now the DON, but I also recommend them as a home health care company from personal experience with my grandma. Brightstar took excellent care of my grandma, she had pleaded her whole life she did not want to go ANYWHERE and wanted to stay in her home until the end. Brightstar made that happen. We got limited resources and help from her primary care, and couldn’t get hospice in time. Brightstar was a saving grace to take some relief off family. Thank you to everyone who helped us last minute when no one else would.

Wonderful to work with as they have customer care and community relations down to a science! Just recently even, I had a last minute request for services. They were quick to respond (within 15 minutes!), always eager to help, caring, personable and after several interactions - truly stand out to me as a bright star among their competitors. I love brightstar care for the help and support I get from my staff. I am a disabled individual that lives on my own and brightstar has never left me stranded or with out help.
