Eye brows are completely uneven. Horrible job, I know why she put make up on them it was to cover up a terrible job. It will take months or years for my left eye brow to fill back in. Unacceptable!

Shalika does my eyebrows and lashes and lip and does a great job every time! I definitely recommend!

Way too much glue on them that the glue was poking me in the eye lid. Multiple clusters fell off not even one hour after my appointment

I went to Shalika for waxing and she did a great job.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because this place is so unkept. They don’t have basic resources to get things done. The lights don’t work in the room and she had to wax with a tiny lamp which would not cover the area and she could barely see anything to wax me. Very disappointing and a poor experience with the place.

Shakira has been doing my brows for a very long time she know exactly how I like them does amazing work never had an issue here I highly recommend this place.

I was desperate to get my brows done so I thought I'd try this place. Big mistake. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such rude, appalling customer service. Why did I even leave her a lousy tip? ! Never going back.

Got right in and had amazing treatment! Definitely recommend, will be returning on a regular!

To add to your response, yes I went to Jordan Creek mall one in west des moines and yes you don't have me as a customer under this name. The lady who did mine was wearing scarf and had a 5-6 months old baby, she only kept saying good good and would not even understand when I asked her to stop as it was hurting. At one point I had to turn my head away so that she can stop. Your response is as disgusting as your service.

It was a horrifying experience. The person doing it was either new or with no experience in eye brow threading. It was a not only painful, I was left with a badly shaped eyebrows and with bruises. Language was also a big issue as the person didn't know any English. While paying there was a rate button and before I could rate her, she rated herself 5 stars without even realizing that what she did was wrong. NEVER going back. It was a complete waste of my time and money. It's very expensive as well compared to other places. BAD SERVICE

This morning I stop by this location, trying to get a service, but the lady was in the phone, I ask if she had the time to give me service, she only move the head, and I set, and waited for her, but she was keeping talking in the phone for at least 20 min, I just left the store, I’m glad I left.
I see to many bad reviews.
And she didn’t care when I left.

I went in here with untouched eyebrows after two months and wanted threading. The beautiful establishment is a cover for the horrible job done on my eyebrows. She hardly threaded them and then plucked them so thin I nearly cried before I left. Literally. They look like I was back in the 90s, and very swollen from the constant plucking. It looked like they weren’t even threaded at all. Horrible. I was so embarrassed to even walk through the mall to leave. And then I struggled to fill them with makeup as I’ve never had to do so and they were just so thin they have no shape. Never again. Never. They coulda kept their punch card. I dont see how they could make up for the job they did. A refund wouldn't even do justice.

Today 5/6/2022 I went in to get my eye Brows done with wax at 2: 35in. The lady did not greet, only said $21 ok, and took on to doing my eyebrows. She was on the phone with someone else and kept pausing to text message. I wanted to give her give her a chance since I had hopes that she had good skills although lacking her customer service skills. I will never come back, she took max 21mins, was not friendly at all, and was on 2 different calls all while doing my eye brows. I would not even give her a 1.

21$ to get eyebrows threaded and you’re not told of the price increase until after.kiosk downstairs does it for 10$. I wouldn’t complain if they did a good job but both times i’ve gone here i have to go home and fix it up myself because the ladies never listen and the lines are never straight.go literally anywhere else

I have been going to this place for 6 years since I arrived to the US. They have been consistent and professional throughout. They know exactly what to do when you walk in and take care of you. I would highly recommend.

Very bad service and unprofessional, they stained my eyebrows and left me worse than a beginner?

After placing the comment of the place they have communicated with me and the answer is that after the covi they do not have the product with the same quality. My question is if they do not have something of quality because it is still on the list of services provided by this place? Thank you for each response I have nothing more to say.

2 stars is generous of me. I have mostly had a good experience here but today I went to get my eyebrows done and I have never been more disappointed. I started crying before I even left the place because my eyebrows were so uneven. Needless to say women who did my eyebrows does not belong in this business.
