Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice, Iowa City IA

By far the worst Bruegger’s location in IC!

Employees consistently miss items in your order & then shrug you off when you ask for the items that were paid for in the order - unfortunately this has happened on multiple occasions.

Also commonly serving out stale, day old bagels that are the same quality as just going to hyvee & buying their brand of bagels from the refrigerated section.

Hopefully MGMT sees this & tries to improve their quality control, only reason I’m writing this review.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a bagel. So poorly ran. What is even going on here. My recommendation is to never ever come here under any circumstances.

Had the smokehouse breakfast sandwich. It was excellent.

I came to the drive through on a Sunday morning at 11: 00 am, it has been over 30 minutes, two cars ahead of me have left before ordering, and I still haven’t gotten to the window to pay. The staff is nice but the drive through is simply not worth the time.

Good food but everything else is overpriced. Like 4.30 for a coke? I can get a 6 pack for the same price down the street.

Disappointed. It’s been a minute since I’ve been here but I’m pretty sure this is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s supposed to be a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. Only half of the bagel had a very thin spread of cream cheese that is obviously not veggie. Probably not going back.

Have never been. My daughter ate food I just got a drink sprite but they have some other choices

Been waiting over 25 min for a bagel sandwich. Asked how much longer and one employee rolled her eyes. At this point I might get my bagel in time to get to work and eat it later. So much for breakfast

The drive thru at this place is in need of some serious help. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for seemingly no reason. I don't know how a quick service restaurant with limited hours can afford to have such poor customer service. They're bagels, put em in bag, take our money and move on. If they can't handle drinks and sandwiches, for meni.reason, take em off the menu. Edit: The topper is the employee who hands you the card reader and stares at you when the tip question comes up. DEAR BRUEGGERS MEDIA TEAM, please don't post a standard apology and ask me to do work for you by going to your website. Just fix this location. Clearly, the reviews should be telling you where to focus your attention and who to let go first.

While I love Bruegger’s, I avoid this location.
The drive through is never timely and most of the time my order is incorrect, so this time I decide to walk in.
The staff isn’t very friendly nor speedy. The line was ridiculous and only couple people working, one of which I couldn’t figure out how she was helping.
I will visit any other branch but this one is out of the question for any further visits.

Always the best bagels and cream cheese. Love the dense fresh baked dough, and nice to have a drive through.

Ordered two dozen bagels and coffee, didn't realize they didn't cut the bagels in half for large orders so it was a bit of a pain for everyone, but bagels and coffee were good.

Great food but they don't have enough people but that us every where so be ready for a wait

This is one of the worst places to get food in Iowa City. The service is absolutely horrendous. 45 minute wait for a plain bagel and getting the wrong order is unacceptable. This is the 5th time we’ve been there and waited nearly an hour. Understaffed with incompetent workers. DO NOT GO HERE.

Waited at the drive through for over 30 minutes for a man barely coherent to try and take my order. I ordered chai and a bagel and the chai tastes like dirt water, and the bagel tastes like card board. Consider ur other options before this place cuz it’s a let down lol.

Do not come here if your in a hurry I had to wait over half an hour in the drive thru and there were only 3 cars before me

I got stuck in their drive through for 35 minutes this morning. All for one bagel and cream cheese.
