Budget Car Rental, Johnston IA

Garbage customer service. Didn't have the right reservation. Guy at front was very rude.

This is the best car rental location we have gone to, with a good selection of vehicles, a good price, & also good customer service. Everywhere else (i.e. Enterprise) requires us to have good/better credit, a bill (i.e. Water & full coverage insurance), & a deposit. Meanwhile, they don't nearly need all of that stuff in other places want. We're definitely coming back to this location.

I rent a vehicle almost every week. I won't go anywhere else. Amazing service and help! The staff here are why I refuse to use any other branch of Budget. Clean cars and excellent service.

Last three rentals have all produced mysterious "miscellaneous charges" after rental return. They'll rent you a dirty car with stains on the seats, then charge you for returning it with the same stains.

Won't be using Budget again even if I have to pay double somewhere else.

I would’ve preferred a text message that our car rental was cancelled. In a year and a half, this is the second time there has been no cars to rent in Des Moines…

Dont waste your time at this location, bad customer service.if you dont pay online they wont accept your card, has very few cars.good reviews on here are all fakes

DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS! Calling customer service only results in them telling you what you want to hear until you arrive at the office. I drove an hr twice just to be turned down both times! This place is a joke DO NOT RENT HERE!

Terrible customer service, trying to run credit checks, only accepts certain cards even when online and over the phone they do.this location DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS.dont waste your time

Worst rental company ever don’t use, I made a reservation for a moving truck and drive 600 miles only for them to say they don’t want to accept my card and there’s nothing they can do

Excellent first time experience for me at Budget. The owner named Aziz was very helpful and professional. I used to go to Enterprise but since they raised their prices and don't have availability; I am now going to this Budget location from now on.
