Little rough, but for the low budget (or no budget) traveler is a good enough hotel to get you thru on the cheap.

Nice rooms for the price. No bugs and it is still is being remodeled. Owner is making the best effort to get it in better shape.
Shower could use better pressure.

I was in room 101. I stayed there about a week in a half. Been bitten every night I stayed there. Couldn't find anything until last night. Got up and moved the bed. Bed bugs. The lady at the front desk said it was me that brought then into the room. I took the room over from my buddy. And he said he had been bitten too. He just didn't know what it was.

My room wasn't reserved when I called at 11am and got there at 4pm. The room was dirty and the bed was not made. The sheets were stained and too small for the bed. Not allowed to even have a half hour late check out, even with laundry still in the dryer. Not worth the $75 at all.

The bathroom was awful. Filthy shower curtain. Crumbling ceiling. Holes in the wall. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. Carpet was very dirty. The staff was nice but the place is awful. Don’t recommend.

Terrible customer service. Told us we didn’t have a reservation. Went in 20 minutes later very angry and my reservation was found. Room is awful. Dirt, smelly, and gross. White powder in the bath tub likely from the ceiling. To top it all off the mattress has multiple blood stains on it. DO NOT STAY HERE! Only gave 1 star so I could post my review.

Didn't get the reservation right, wrong room type, great place if you want the thrill of not knowing if tomorrow is going to arrive. Dirty room, dirty place, dirty everything.

Nasty is being too nice about this place. The room was a non smoking but smelled of smoke and other more unpleasant odors. Black smudge on ceiling room looked like it was abandoned, stains on floor and furniture. First time I asked for a refund and left fast as I could.

As promised it is a budget hotel, with the rules of a department of corrections work release center!

Friendly staff and neat clean rooms.very accommodating to guest needs I had trouble with finding a ride and staff member was super nice and held them for me until I arrqged to have a friend pick them up. Wish pool was open but maybe next time

It's old outdated smelled bad. The shower panels were falling off the fan in bathroom was making a bad noise. Needed to repair the walls.

Absolutely infested with bed bugs. I am covered in bites. I have been trying to Talk to management for 4 days now and have yet to.

Went to visit friends, the hallways and vending area were a little rough looking but the room was fine.

Scary! Everything was filthy and broken, including the door locks. The door between rooms was taped. The chair was ripped and black with dirt. The sheets had holes and the carpet was ripped up.

The rooms weren't terrible for the price, the bed was comfortable.i would recommend if there wasn't any other place to find a room at.

Bugs, lots and lots of bugs!
Management claims we were offered a different room yet what really happened was we got nothing but excuses.

Very friendly atmosphere compared to the Hawkeye Motel. The room was really nice, and I enjoyed the stay overall. Although, in Room 260 I saw two really tiny insects, but it was not a big deal to me. Very good hotel. Thank y'all, and I'll definitely be renting more rooms from time to time.

The room was ok, but if they are going to charge 70 bucks for one night single occupancy. I would have liked to have a hot shower
