Buffalo Wild Wings, Mason City IA

They were short staffed, but not only did they almost overcharge me for my bill, they way overcharged one of the people I was with. They called the next day and got it taken care of, but twice from the same party of people is a little excessive! People, pay attention to your bills here!

Brittany A. Was amazing. She was there before we needed anything. Was very pleasant and patient with my mom and her first time there.

Was in from out of town and decided to try it. It was a great overall dining experience. Our waitress, Brittney, was awesome and the food was great too. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The last 2 times we have been there the service has not been great and although the food wasn't cold it wasn't hot either. Both times we asked for appetizer plates and never received them.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. The Mason City, Iowa location needs to do better at taking care of their door dash orders.as a dasher, I waited up front for almost half an hour with no help from employees. Despite the fact that workers were walking past frequently, not one checked in with me. I had to call door dash support to even get anyone in that store to help with my pickup. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings.

Waiter didn't bring a refill until he brought the check. When he did it was flat and not Pepsi. Didn't bring Blu cheese like asked. He was very friendly just not feeling it at 140pm apparently. Wings were overdone. One type had too much sauce. Other kind didn't have enough sauce. Normally wouldn't care but this just disappointed from top to bottom.

Worst experience I've ever had at this chain. Won't ever come back! Waitress had additude and acted mad! Food didn't taste that great either! Mac and cheese looked old and it was chewy!

I'm alittle disappointed in our visit yesterday around 6 pm. We got setted in number 88 booth looked at the menu decided and waited, waited, waited. Now it wasn't busy and body came to see what we wanted to drink. Waited some more. My husband and I decided well I guess we might as well leave. We were both looking forward to eating inside of a restaurant and it failed. Please let your staff know that they need to acknowledge customer's I think we waited for 20 minutes.

A good place to drop by, eat and watch some sports. They offer an assortment of appetizers, salads, wraps, burgers, and of course wings. They've got a good selection of beverages, both for kids as well as adults. Reasonably priced for how much you might order. My biggest negative about here is the men's restroom floor is always covered in liquids (I hope it's water, but chances are it could be something else), oddly enough that's been an issue ever since the restaurant opened.

The food had little to no taste. I ordered a chicken sandwich with Ranch and Buffalo sauce on it. It had little to no Ranch or Buffalo sauce on it. They told me we were out of almost everything on the menu including cheeseburgers. Keep in mind I went on Father’s Day, you would think for Father’s Day they would have extra things like cheeseburgers. Staff seemed more worried about if they got off on time than anything else. I watched multiple waiters and waitresses stand around and do nothing. They leaned against the wall in front of us, most of them just talked and stood around the front door, meanwhile I watched at least two tables sit around and they were dirty the whole time I was there. (I was there for an hour btw). In some ways it felt like the beginning of a Bar Rescue episode I was waiting for Jon Taffer to come bursting thru the doors. I’ve been to many BWW in my life but the one in Mason City seems to be a disappointment.

Always a great place to go! I have never had a bad experience here. They have the best service and the best food. It is definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

We showed up at 11: 15 and they close at 12. They lied to us saying that their fryers were “Broken”. A quick walk through what customers were there showed them all having wings. They lied to us because they were lazy and did want to serve us 40 min before close.

Never been a huge fan of BWW. The experience this time was pretty good. I think the prices are a little steep for what you get.

Burgers ordered were good. Ordered both without mayo, box even had sticker reading "no mayo. " Guess what, both had mayo on them.

Food was good. Only issue was we had to wait for my girlfriend's food to come out. It wasn't long but usually when 2 people at the same table order, the food comes out together.

Absolutely fantastic tasting chicken & wings with the parmesan & garlic sauce, teriyaki & thai sauces. My granddaughter loves to eat there & especially loves the garlic & parmesan cheese sauce ones. The staff was of course as always superb!

Can get slow sometimes the service if they are packed but other then that the service here is amazing and I love everything about this place it's awesome and amazing. Love going in here to eat every once and awhile and love the sports they have on TV good place to go for sure.

Sad and disappointed.hadn't been to BWW in over a year and was looking forward to a nostalgic and satisfying meal. Made an order online for pick up for 2 orders of 15 piece boneless wings and 2 orders of 10 bone-in wings and fries.
Waited 25 mins after I was notified my food was ready, when I got to the house the food was cold, the fries soggy and all of the wings were boneless and 1 order not even the flavor ordered. Uncomfortable with service and waiting area. Chances of dining here again are not good. Not what I expected from this wing joint, one of my least favorite places in Mason City.

I will never step foot in that place again. I was so looking forward to it. Ordered and after an hour still had nothing. The manager wasn't even man enough to come talk to us
