Ordered tonight they forgot that I had ordered 3 large fries only gave me one. Gave me my order once I stated my order was wrong.
Didn't give me my celery or carrots or ranch and were just standing around. Got home noticed they didn't even give me my celery an carrots nor the ranch. Then to top it off they wanted to recharge me after I already paid online. Food was cold when I arrived home.

My family and I have ordered to-go from this BWW location on multiple occasions. On every order over the last few years, we have been missing wings, sides, or had sauces different from what we ordered.

Today when we made our order, we had trouble processing a gift card and that added to some frustration. After we got home, we realized that 10 of our boneless wings are missing from the order. Living 20 minutes south, it is hard for us to justify driving back up to get the order fixed.

I called and talked to the manager who offered us a refund for that portion of the order or 15 wings instead. A kind offer and we ended up taking the refund.

The manager I spoke with was helpful, but was not taking any responsibility on the mess up of their employees. Having worked in the service industry for 5 years the manager needs to take responsibility for issues that come out of their kitchen. If an order is not correct, we did everything we could to make it correct and have our customers leaving happy. This manager ended up hanging up on me saying that they didn't need to hear my opinion on how they do their job.

We will no longer be purchasing from this location, or any other location of BWW in the Des Moines area.

Needs to allow 2nd amendment rights to customers. If I have a permit to carry I should be allowed to carry.

If you are a sports fan like me this restaurant chain is definitely a go to destination for a guys night or if you want to get into fantasy sports.

Waited for someone to seat us for 5 minutes. Once seated waited 20 minutes, no waitress/waiter came to the table yet they saw us sitting there. Had to go to the bar to get any service. Typical SS service, no wonder no decent restaurants are on this side of town.

Excellent food and great to-go service. Ordered a large order for a church event, and everything was excellent! Well done@

Wings came out cold and after i paid i went to the restroom just to come back and find out my leftovers were thrown out

Don't serve me wings that have been sitting under a warmer. It's very easy to tell when a wing just came out of the fryer vs.having sat around before getting sauced. Fats not rendered anymore, and it's not tender. The server also told me that I could only have 2 sauces for 20 wings. I've been to a LOT of BWWs and have never been told that and frankly think the kitchen was just feeling a little lazy tonight.

Went in right at 11am on lunch, were seated promptly, the server did her job very well but there is clearly an issue in the kitchen. All of our food came out at different times, there were four of us for a work lunch. By the time the 3rd guy got his food the 1st guy was done eating, by the time the last guy got his food the 2nd guy was done eating. Food seemed fresh (ish) and was okay but 10 minutes between everyone getting each dish is ridiculous, especially when we were the only table sat and again there on a work lunch, expecting to get in and out fairly quickly. The server definitely did her best as more people were rolling and and no more help for her in sight. The staffing has been a continual issue here at this location for quite some time unfortunately. This used to be an every sunday thing when they first opened, sadly its a once every six months to give them another try place these days. Will be sad to see them go.

This was the last time I will ever eat anything from BWW! The Mac and cheese had hardly any cheese in it and it had been sitting there or way too long. The traditional wings were super dried out and old, as well! Very disappointed a company would sell this garbage.

If you place an online order, DEFINITELY call before you head down to check actual wait time. Its 40 minutes past our pickup time and our food still isn't ready to go.

This is hands down the worst bdubs I've been to. I always say never going back. Drive to wdsm sure it's 20 mins but your service will not be worse than if you simply served yourself. Bottom line 5 total tables in the place. 25 minutes to get some food. 1 out of the 2 orders wrong the other got fries first then 10 minutes later the wrong wings. No refills on water. Manager never checked in, no offer by waitress to take something off. I love me bdubds but this one might be the worst.

Took forever to get lunch food out on the previous visit. Thought would give one more chance. Waited at the bar for 15 minutes and NO ONE waited on us, offered drinks, etc. We left. Won't be back.

Called in twice and NO ONE picked up phone. Places order and have been waiting a out 20 minutes now. Place is not busy what so ever.
3.3 rating is being generous. Disappointing experience.

Horrible customer service, can't even make the food on time (waited 1 hour), blames dasher for not having the order when they arrive, overall I would not recommend

Forgot my food at a table of 7. Then when my food did come it was wrong. Always have problems with this location.

Empty restaurant, was doing UberEATS and waited 30 minutes for a 6 boneless wing order. How is this place still in business with 8+ employees is mind boggling.

East baseball came here after we beat ottumwa in game 2 of are double header and the staff here was working really hard

I think our server was relatively new and our order got screwed up. The good thing was that the manager came by and made the correction right away. The wings are consistently good.

It's a nice place to eat. The restaurant is a very clean and well decorated.
The food, the bar is awesome I love it!
