Burger King, Davenport IA

I had to purchase my food before using the restroom, then had to wait for someone to unlock the door. I can understand why considering the location wasn't in the best part of town, but why was the men's restroom unlocked? Several went in and out before the worker showed up with the key. The girl at the register was very polite and overworked to say the least. The food was ok. Definitely won't be back to that location.

Ms. Manager this evening was handling business! 6 cars in drive thru so i went in wih my 2 kids.she took our order, ran orders outside and had to double check her staff's bagging! All i can say is thanks i appreciate you! If you were a waitress i would have tipped you well for kind friendly service

I’ve always had great food at this location. Everything is always fresh and hot when I get it home.

This is ridiculous, they try to played the system, so they have good numbers on their time. I know how this works I’ve work for fast foods before. They placed your order then make you pull forward I had 6 cars waiting in the parking lot! And 2 more behind me. Hopefully corp reviews this situation and do something about it. In total 10 cars waiting in the parking lot while more cars coming thinking theres not a line because workers made us all pull forward! So far ive been waiting 16 mints for a meal #5.

I was asking you when Is my lunch, I have been waiting awhile. She said we are short handed I said that is nothing to with me.its a fast food. The supervisor told me to not come back cause I was getting mad.poor service very un professional.

I would give it more stars but everytime I go there I feel like they redip the nuggets and fries. And the kids usually just don't eat them I try them and yeah garbage

Place your order then they make you pull out front and wait until your fries are nice and cold, then they wait another 10 minutes and then once they get their Facebook scrolling done, they'll walk your food out to you.

The store did not have no employees working at hours of operation nobody answered the phone nobody came to the door to employees came out from walking around the corner smoking i asked to place an order through the drive-through I was told that they do not serve 18 wheeler drivers and they close the window in my face!

My time here was too overwhelming employees was shouting at a rude customer and finally when I got my order (same employee) she threw my water bottle across room for another employee to catch and it hit the floor.

Horrible service, had to repeat myself over and over again just for them to still get things wrong. The food was cold and gross, tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. Never going to Rockingham location again.

The worst ran out of chicken fries offered nuggets which are cheaper charging chicken fries price, plus have to wait. Only two cars in parking lot counting mine.

Revised 8/30. Guy with dreadlocks is a poor employees curses in front of customers.takes him 20 minutes to cook a whopper, 2 burgers, and onion rings? ! What the hell is going in with Burger King? ! Very poor customer service.only reason I come here is other employees who I support that hes bringing down.white cook with dreadlocks and facial hair has to go hes.toxic for this location.oh yeah noticed a manager in there little blonde girl.why sweep if food orders need to get out with 1 cook? ! Drive-thru girl ignored me three times. Honked quite a bit too

This is the slowest restaurant (fast food) been setting in drive thru for 25 min now and still haven't gotten to the window. How pathetic is that?

The Icee machine just defrosted after we placed our order of 4 icee's. They were very prompt informing us offered us soda's and after we waited 45 min for slushie's gave us 4 large instead of medium and let us get free fries

They did the extra by putting effort in cause I had my kids and made sure we had everything for our picnic at the park loved the staff

Food came out so fast I was super excited. The nuggs we're fresh and hot. Then I ate some of the onion rings. Not too hot and a little chewy. But not the end of the world. Then I got to my Double Cheeseburger and the patties were hard and cold. Not only that but they were so covered in condiments I couldn't even finish. Now I sit here writing this review sick to my stomach.

Too expensive for what u get.not worth the money. Not to me. A medium meal looks like a very small meal. I would hate to see the small meal. I wont waste my money there any more.

Outside waiting for mozzarella sticks ordered through the drive thru the kid who took the order was amazing but to every other worker there who are making this super nice kid do everything while they stand out side and smoke pot is insane!

Just in there yesterday very very bad food I got a eight piece McNugget it is like they picked it out of the garbage very bad service

No one really seems to care about their job or customer service here. The tables are usually dirty when the restaurant is slow/empty. The food is cold or old and they still serve it. The employees don't communicate well with each other. This BK has a lot of potential to be a more welcoming, clean, enjoyable environment with effort and consideration.
