Sat in their drive-through during a non-busy time for 20 minutes to receive my food entirely cold they refuse to refund me, only offered to remake it. At that point I had used all of my lunch break.

Ok.when did BK get so expensive? Let me give you the run down here. Whopper meal. Motz sticks. 2 cookies. 17 bucks. No joke. Food was as expected.the final bill was not.

I asked for a tray for my food. The gal literally threw tray at me. Asked for ranch dressing again it was thrown at me. Horrible service.

The longest wait in a drive through around. Have the patience of someone who has ordered at a busy sit down restaurant if you go through here.

I wish when I ordered the bacon swiss they would actually put bacon and swiss on it. (second time in a row)

My favorite fast food breakfast place. The croissants always hit the spot. The hash rounds are almost always good and crispy too.

I ordered a number 2 with no tomato and no onion, add cheese and bacon with 8 nuggets. Nuggets were good, the whopper was cold not warm but cold. The whopper had the bacon but not the cheese. I would have thought since it totalled $15.17 they would have got it right. I ordered this meal today at 5: 25. I am curious as how you get a cold burger at what you would think is a peak time. I ordered it with add ons. I was disappointed today with this experience.

Service kinda slow but the people there are nice; they've never messed up my order (I only order the nuggets & jalapeno bites), seems if you keep your order simple there's no problem.

Service was slow and I wasn’t aware that pickles came on rodeo burgers but the services and food was great nonetheless

I'm very disappointed in who is doing the highering here. My Son went in for an interview and they told his friend that works there they won't hire him because they think he will goof off My son isn't like that at all and for him to assume disappointed me.

Ordered double cheese 2 fish hold lettuce and pickle add cheese order onion rings 2 fries and dr.pepper when got the order was missing double cheese went back they gave a single cheeseburger also when got home fish had no cheese and the pickle and lettuce were on sandwich these people here cant get an order straight sad you need new employees

I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers and they forgot the bacon but they fixed it after I called.

The $1 drink was not that impressive. The sandwich was warm and hit the spot on a cold day.
