Burger King, Council Bluffs IA

Went through the drive through for lunch for 3 of us. Got up to the window and they put all the food in one bag so asked her to separate the fries and sandwiches so I could close the sacks to keep it all in and warm. She glared at me but did it. Went to sort out our food and what I ordered I didn't get, and what was on the receipt was neither what I ordered nor what I got. This store is a mess.

Went there to get a family bundle. Wasn't made correctly. Went back to get it fixed. They wouldn't fix it because she didn't hear anyone say "with cheese and onion" on the sandwiches. The lady there had a attitude when she talked to me like she owned the place. I took a chance because it was a deal from one of their coupons. Never again.

I asked for two ham, cheese, and egg chrisandwhiches and was given sausage egg, and cheese instead through the drive through!

Hey like every fast food place your gonna have a missed item, wrong sides. But for me it is very few and far between at this location.

No like why you charging customers for food that they ordered but never received, i dont get why we have to be charged for a mistake YOU bums did.do better

Hope you love cold food and a credit card reader that don't work. Notified as I'm picking up my food I have to pay cash. Pretty run down place.

One of the worst! I asked for fresh food and it's sad that u have to ask! Got to the window and it was ready, I asked the girl in drive thru are those fries fresh and she assured me they were. I drove off and didn't get ketchup so drove back around, they thought I was coming back bc I realized my fries were old, I heard the cook yelling if she wants fresh fries I'll drop em, I asked the lady manager why they would give me old fries when I ASKED for fresh and then lie about it? She started to lie again until I told her I heard them talking.then she just looked stupid. ALWAYS go in and watch them if possible. FIRE that female manager with the dark hair and glasses

My husband and I went to location to get the 2 for $12.00 meals. We placed our order but was charged $2.00 more for the meals. The cashier asked for a manager or supervisor to question the price. She claimed that there was a new price for the meals and she could not change it. We explained to her that what she was doing was against the Consumer Protection Laws. It is false advertising to charge more than the price on the menu board. She said that her drawers would be short if she charged the menu board price. There are ways to adjust the order. Her solution was to turn that menu board off. We walked out and went to another restaurant. We went to another Burger King and was charged the price that was on the menu board.

Make sure to check your bag before leaving especially if you order inside. I ordered a total of 5 items and only got 4, they wouldn’t give me my money back for the item they left out but was only willing to give me the food. I’m not driving back to that location to fix their issue. Everytime I have went to this location it’s been an issue 2 out of 3 times in the past year.

Clean, good employees. They're training so not super fast, but food came out right and hot.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 1 chicken fry. I understand training new people, but there were 7 employees there. Ridiculous.

Very slow service. Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru before order was taken. Same with car in front of me. People behind me left!

I ate inside the restaurant on Friday night at around 6.00 PM on 2/24. It looks nice inside. However, after 20 minutes waiting for 2 combos, I asked about my food, only to find my order wasn't even up on the screen anymore. I then waited 10 more minutes while I heard the person at the front counter ask for my sandwich 3 times. After 30 minutes of waiting, my food was okay, but my wife's Whopper Jr with cheese that was supposed to have no onions and no pickles, instead had no tomatoes, no cheese, and did have onions and pickles. At this point we were in a hurry, so she ate it since we had already wasted 30 minutes. I tried to stay kind as I told the guy at the counter what had happened, and his response was "I'm working with new people". No apology, no offer to make up for it. To her credit, the lady that was working the drive thru did come up and say she was sorry for our experience. Unfortunately she seemed to be the only one that cared.

Just go to the one on 16th and Broadway. I normally come to this location but will be going down the street from now on. Last night the wait was ridiculous, altogether the time I spent in the drive thru was about 15 minutes and then my order was wrong so I had to wait even longer to get it fixed. This isn’t my first bad experience here either, things like this happen regularly and it’s 50/50 whether or not my order is right. At this point it’s faster to just go literally anywhere else.

I went to Burger King on W. Broadway. Found out they had Iced Coffee. Had the Mocha flavor (they also have vanilla). Usually I don't like fast food Iced Coffee but was not disappointed. Hope this isn't a limited time item.

Ordered in the drive through and sat at the window for like 10ish minutes. Guy at the window looked burned out stoned or something never gave a drink or asked for payment. Must’ve been too busy talking with kitchen crew or something but came back and said sorry for the wait and handed me the bag. I guess thanks for the free food lmao

They have this ghost pepper cheese that goes on a whooper they offer! I forgot the name of it, but man is it hot! I loved it, it's too bad the meat wasn't that whooping good!
