19Horrible listening skills even when not busy. I ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers, Xtra BBQ and on bottom buns. I cannot have a large amount of sesame seeds due to health reasons. Is why I asked. The drive thru girl said ok. Yet I never seen it posted on the order. Then my wife orders a whopper Jr with no pickle or tomatoe. She noticed my rodeos didn't say it on the board as we've seen other times. So she asked the girl to make sure it's bottom buns. Once again the girl said ok. Then the order came to a total which it still never said it. So for the 3rd time I asked the rodeos are bottom buns. She said it's on there. It wasn't. So I get my food and check. Of course no bottom buns. So I had her take it back while she pretty much snarled I even looked, as the workers wondering with confusion if I wanted bottom buns why it never said so. Needless to say this girl had no skills being in a drive-thru that deals in communication. The workers didn't seem to much of an issue but Also looking at this photo do you see very skimpy ingredients. A drop of ketchup, 3 tiny pieces of lettuce.is this what I can expect from burgerking nowadays?
I order from here mainly through Doordash so I cant speak much for the restaurant itself, but every order Ive placed in the last month or so has always had something missing from the order. Some of the time its just something simple like sauce or straws, but more often than not, its whole items missing entirely. The food is delicious and I want to keep coming back, but the order accuracy definitely needs a lot of work.
Twice in the last month I have stopped in 10 min and 5 min before closing and the women at the drive thru has told me the where closed. This in spite of all the lights being on including the open sign. Franchisee and management should probably get together and discuss closing at midnight. The staff who work after midnight are rude and definitely don’t want to be there.
Tried to dine in but didn't get service because no one wanted to take our order. Stood there for about five minutes and never got service. But when another family came in and they were served right away.
Very rude drive through workers 1 vehicle in front of us at pickup we sat over 15 min at the order speaker i told them i got groceries in car ice cream she said eat it then.fire them all get older workers over agr of 40 please that can be nice we left calling corporate tomorrow oct 28,23 10: 45 ish pm.
We sat in the car for 30 minutes waiting for our food while they were just chatting with each other. They came to the window to ask what our order while it was showing on the screen never got our drinks either. We asked for a refund and they didn't even give us the full amount.

Sat in drive through for 25 mins.
Parking lot was empty no one in drive through was getting their food in a timely manner. We finally just drove around the 2 cars in front of us. Another car followed us out of there. So no food
I always get the chicken wraps and this time they put half as much on each on as if they didn’t have enough and needed to make it work for the amount I ordered. One of them had an inch and a half semi circle of chicken.
This place is getting worse and worse that have to wait 30 minutes for just my order I know Burger King but this is so bad
We waited 12 minutes at the counter the staff never asked what we wanted to order or that theyll be with us soon and they saw us waiting at the counter not very good customer skills
I stopped in there over the weekend to have a quick lunch with my boyfriend. Customer service was fantastic. The lady that was taking our order she had moved here from New York. She was great!
The AC was out and it was incredibly hot in there, and for that reason, I will not be returning.
There were 4 cars ahead of mine and after 45 minutes of waiting they drove off. I called the store and ask them if they were having problems when I pulled out of the drive thru and went to go in. They locked the doors as I was walking up so I called and asked if they were having problems and the manager said no so I asked why all the people were leaving the drive thru.she told me I had not been in line for 45 minutes and I said how do you know because she wasn't out timing how many people had been waiting to be served. Each car ahead of me waited 15 minutes before leaving so it was 45 minutes or more. She said that there was another burger King up the road but I am very disappointed that they have no idea what was going on at the store. Then telling me I hadn't waited that long. I will never go to this burger King ever again because I don't appreciate manager's that don't own up to their job.
Autumn at location 16th & west broadway in council bluffs IA is amazing! She’s a young manager who always greets me by my name and knows my orders by heart, my food is always amazing and she goes above and beyond to take care of me each and every time so that’s why I return almost daily. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! Well deserved, hard working young lady. Thank you Autumn for your amazing customer service!
I love this place! They help me take care of my mom. They're so good to me. Matt and Shannon are just two who are amazing. If you let Matt leave you will be losing 1 of your best. I love the guy! Thanks Matt and Shannon and the rest of your staff, for being there for my mother and me.
The chicken sand was tuff could not eat or tear it apart. Took it back. They were rude yelled at me said not giving me back my money. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Fire and rehire.you lost a lot of money.
We were out of town, and tried to stop. They told my Wife that they had taken their last order. It was 30 prior to close. Lack of customer service. To be honest it was sad. Burger King should be embarrassed. 0/10

This morning I went to the drive thru at I was ordering my food the lady was very rude and unprofessional and even mentioned I don't mean to be rude. I was very upset. Because I don't need someone talking to be rude and she handed my food very rude. Some like that don't need to be treating people like that. The atmosphere wasn't very good this morning. I just worry about other costumers having to put up with this costumers service being rude to people.
Went in and been waiting for over 20mins before i even got my order taken wouldn't recommend
