18Always good service and food. Little bit of a wait for me today, I came in at lunch time. Still good service and food.
That lack of management is this place is pathetic I don't know if worker can't read or under stand English they sure can't do there job right. Missing food, cold food lazy workers good example of uneducated lazy workers and management
Drive thru order of Onion rings and ranch dressing, that is it. Waited behind a car for well over 5 minutes, but when I get to the window kid tells me it will be a wait. Asked how long as I had already waited over 5 minutes for onion rings he tells me I need to pull around to the side of the building and they will run them out when "they get to it". Told the kid at the window that I had already waited long enough and would like my money back. He told me to pull around to the side and they would get to the order. I literally drove off after paying and not getting onion rings. I went to do the survey, but there is not a store number at the top of the receipt. Never will I return to this Burger King.
Very slow waiting in drive through for 15 min. With only 2 cars ahead of us. This place will go broke within a year like all the others
Placed a breakfast order online 10/14/23. Online order accepted my card information and took my coupon. Upon arrival to pick up our order, we went through the drive through and had the recording ask for our order. We replied that we were here for a pickup. No response was given. We sat for a few mins, and eventually decided to drive around front to see if anyone was in the store. A worker came out and let us know they were not open until a manager came into the store (this worker reported that wouldn’t be until 3PM, it was 9: 45AM) The worker also informed us they couldn’t give us a refund at this time, and that we would just need to try coming back later.
This is a week after this same location tried to add items onto an order that were not desired.
I guess after our last 2 experiences I’m not really shocked that all the other local BK locations are going under in town
They have a great variety of food to choose from and they offer, different limited time foods. Glad it was remodeled.
The Burger King without Whoppers. They turned their broiler off early and "couldn't" cook anymore whopper patties. This is the worst Burger King location I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. This place has been here for decades, and it just keeps getting worse!
Bri and Alyssa are very polite and if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t go to Burger King they treat me like family
They had no burger meat on a Wednesday? How? , then they had 5 employees smoking outside. Then they said we had to wait they were having malfunctions with something. This is terrible
Is “Our card machine is down, We are only accepting cash” becoming the new trend for this Burger King? Especially on a Saturday night? Then when you place an order they wait 15 minutes to respond and ask you to repeat it again. Meanwhile I hear giggling and laughing in the background on the speaker.
I’m surprised this is how a store of workers who seek to get paid don’t don’t put out the effort show themselves. I get it if the turn over rate is high because of lousy employees who don’t understand the meaning of work.
And I’m not expecting them to work as fast as McDonald’s or Taco Bell but I do expect more than a 10 minute wait to take an order then another 7 minutes for it to be made.
Total number of people. 1 lady who took my order, 1 gentleman who bags my order, one gentleman who’s working the food making area and one gentleman cleaning in the lobby. That’s 4 people.
Hard to capture them in photos when the store hides them behind posters over all its windows.
So please explain the delay? If it’s a training issue then I expect the owner/manager to be working nights when it is needed. But I heard laughter over the speaker so it’s all fun in the workplace.
Oh and if they have that much time to goof then my fries should come out steaming hot. Let’s see some improvement.
Waited 15 minutes at the driver through to order cause dude said hold on a minute. Then, we get up to pay he sailys hold on a minute again and vanishes.like 20 carabiner line all but 3 left. Like freaking ridiculous then another 10 minute wait for food idk what the hell they were doing but 45 minutes is ridiculous.
Love the slushie machines you can help yourself as well as Pop. Burger was lacking some flavor. And they were out of ketchup. Quite unusual.
I went inside. I was told my coupon didn't have a number on it. I went out and found a other coupon. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Apologies don't cover it anymore
Always a long drive threw line and even long wait inside, food order is always and I mean always messed up, and always out of everything,
Terrible customer service. Seemed like the people were bothered by having one customer in their drive thru. UPDATE: Tried them out again after a year away and they are still trash. Rude workers and the food was garbage for having to wait 15 minutes on our sandwiches.
I waited in drive through for about 20-30 minutes for my food and I just got couple sandwiches, when I got to the window the lady was rude she didn't even say they're sorry or
nothing rude very rude horrible customer service the food was cold on top of it never going there again I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Ordered a whopper with cheese meal. Asked it ti be a medium size. I also requested no lettuce.got my meal was a small which that's what they charged me for and it had lettuce on it. Was not a happy person. The person behind the counter was more i terested what someone else was doing. Doubt i'll fo back
Pretty sure I got someone else’s double whopper instead of my whopper.
Guy doing lawn care doing a really bad job. Mowing right over garbage in the grass. Throwing grass all over sidewalks. Window one messed up counting change and took us for a dollar. Just can’t get good help these days I guess
