Burger King, Missouri Valley IA

It was very good and fresh! And whoever was working there at about 7: 30 pm tonight (November 1 2023) deserves a raise. He was awesome)

This Burger King had the grossest, dirtiest bathroom I have ever gone into while on the road. All of the stalls and toilets were caked with crud, dead crickets all over the floor, and the sinks were non functioning. The front entryway was filthy, and the drink area had pop spilled all over, wet napkins in the drain, the floor was very wet with spilled soda, and we were the only customers there. The 3 employees were literally laying across the counter when we came in, every floor was sticky and filthy. I'd give zero stars if I could!

This burger king is totally filthy. Needs to be updated. The restrooms were very dirty. Not sure how they can be open. 2 employees. Took 20 minutes to get our food.

It's on the west side of I-29.the not so busy side. This place doesn't get much business. Dining room isn't open. So when you do go here, everything is made to order. Friendly people. Nice cheap food for when you need something to keep you going.

The location is weird to get to so I'm sure it doesn't see as much buisness. The food was clearly sitting in warmers for a decent amount of time because everything was stale and soggy. We ordered chicken fries and French fries. The chicken wraps we ordered were ok, nothing special. The only good thing was the oreo shake we got. Never coming back to this store again.

Easy to access from the interstate. It was two tenths of a mile from the exit. It has clean restrooms and a drive thru for your convenience. There have handicap access and plenty of parking

Long wait. Wrong chicken sandwich that was also soaked in mayo. The bacon king was also soaked in mayo.

Waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru for 3 rodeo cheeseburgers and they didn't even give a discount for waiting so long I will not recommend this place to anybody

Clean restaurant but I was disappointed with my Whopper. It tasted like someone accidentally used marinara sauce instead of ketchup. Service was slow the night we went, but adequate.

First, the good.
The management assisted in taking my order. He was pleasant and took my order to perfection. My food was also fresh and hot.

However, this facility is screaming for help to be updated from the inside out. Outside there is a sign that says Kids Club that was probably torn off in a storm. Do you or do you not have a kids club? The sidewalk is in much need of repair. Someone could fall. Inside it needs a thorough cleaning. One of the staff had long hair. No hat or anything to hold back hair. You need that around food. The restroom was not very clean and it smelled. Finally, it took a while to receive my order.

Stopped here on my way to council bluffs. Stood there for over 20 minutes. Watched 4 other people leave because no one waited on them
I finally left and went across the street to the gas station and got food.

Ordered a 9 chicken sandwich after soaking 2 napkins of grease off the pattie I tryed a bite only to have oil dribble out the bottom an onto my carseat Worst I have ever got from any BK

It was a BK, so I don't go in expecting 5 start food.but the lady working the register was very pleasant, which you don't find in fast food a lot anymore. The food was what I expected as well for a couple cheeseburgers and fries. Overall pleasant experience.

As a truck driver this burger king is a joke the lobby was closed and I went to the drive though window and yelled in side to is if I could get served and no one was available. Not a very go way to run a business also the number to call is disconnected. I watch a truck go throw the drive and get served but not the guy in a 18wheeler can't fit a BIG TRUCK IN THE DRIVE. Very mad I like bk over mcdonalds but not this time

Travelling and pulled off the interstate to go to Burger King. Lobby was closed. Could not order through drive thru as we were towing a 5th wheel. Tried to stand in the drive through to order but was not acknowledged. We went to McDonalds down the street. Their lobby was open!
