Fantastic burger! Whopper was fresh and delicious fries golden and perfect! Worth the drive from Creston!

Staff was courteous.but we got the new sourdough breakfast sandwiches, and the sourdough was nowhere near as toasted as the photos would have you expect.

I stopped to pick up breakfast here this morning at 7: 45. No one was manning the drive through. I honked and waited perhaps 5 minutes. Gave up and as I drove out the drive through lane saw an employee returning to the restaurant with drinks and food from the Kum and Go. I drove back around the drive through and she took my order. Food was handed to me quickly, only to find both sandwiches and potato order were cold. (Really cold) Too late to complain so took them home and micro waved. The place is void of customers. I can see why. Never Again!

Only commenting on the service for a door dash pickup. The crew here said they didn't receive the order.but they said it would be 3 minutes and made the order. The delay delays the other dash I picked up before this one. Everything you do or do not do impacts something or someone. If it were your food or service you would expect better, so do we. Do better.

Very rude people don’t know how to treat customers manger would tell there name an hung up food not good also when order they delivery they take money then tell you food on way and never comes than they tell you they don’t know about order or getting money back but I called my bank and I am going really have someone look into this cause if they don’t know about there own delivery service or how to explain process that false advertising and taking from customer during pandemic and show poor customer service rate a zero need a lot improvement

Okay people do make mistakes. But. When you come in and tell them that they made that wrong they give you a look like they going to kill you immediately. Smile be polite it doesn't cost you nothing

Drove through quick to pick up an iced tea. I had the pleasure of watching and listening to the employees smoke and speak about how bad their job and life is at the back of the restaurant. When I got to work I realized they never put ice in my iced tea. What an experience!

I have visited several times mid-morning only to be told that the restaurant is closed. You'd think since this is a VERY busy intersection and next to the interstate, you'd be open as much as possible. But what do I know.

Was there yesterday with a manager yelling at all her employees to get out of the kitchen and got home and that she would handle everything because they made the food wrong. That's not what a customer wants to hear in line got her hamburgers they were cold and the french fries tasted stale

Pulled up to the drive through at 7: 00 a.m. I had one of the employee me saying they are closed I looked over and saw multiple employees smoking cigarettes just standing outside this isn't my first time going there at that time honestly that very unprossefional never going back

I did a drive thru. Got whopper meal with onion rings. Onion ring were stale think I was given old rings it was hard and chewy. Been there several times and either long wait in drive thru or they forgot condiments quite often.

We walked in and the gal hollered out that they were too busy to take anymore orders. So Arby's next door got our business.

Breakfast was good. Seemed a little pricey for a pancake / sausage platter ($4.29), but good. The place was empty at 939 AM.

Standard fare. The place was deserted when I was there but the lady that served me was very nice.

Service is sub par, I've stood in line for over 5 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order on multiple occasions while other employees sat down drinking shakes and playing on there phones. On may 24th 2018 a co-worker and I were eating inside while this happened to multiple customers and it seemed like the buildings exhaust fan wasnt workingbbecause the place filled up with smoke that left a haze inside and burned our eyes all while the employees didnt seem to care.

Taste is King.if your in the right place at the right time.quality and speed becomes Worth. Flames broiled.and Fresh fried.

Quick bite for on the go. Not ideal for healthy whole one ingredient food meals. But ok if you seldomly eat there or out at fast food chains.

Went in for burgers for breakfast. Wait time was as expected. Nostalgic interior. Order was correct and staff was fine

Average been 8 time but last visit was on Christmas Eve and was slow. Mgr struggling to get order out. But I should not be there on holiday. Most other time okay but not most happy people most time but food Good

Food took about 10 minutes to be ready. Everything was cold, and my wife's whopper was covered with mayo all over the outside of the bun. I came specifically to get the spicy nuggets that they had advertised, but the did not have them.
