Very sparse. Looks more like a storage facility than a store. There wasn't any Customer service.
LAY A WAY AWESOME EXCEPT WONT ALLOW LG ITEMS SUCH AS BLANKETS AND OTHER FURNISHINGS NEEDED TO GET DAUGHTERS 4 XMAS. ENDED UP having to go online and shop now pay later.
Always seems dirty and chaotic in this location. Most of the store is empty and it's hard to tell what aisles are what because everything is thrown everywhere.
It's better then most little ittie bitty towns in Iowa. Could use more up to date businesses and diversity in those businesses. The little downtown area is making it's way towards becoming a cool place to stomp around shop and eat. I do enjoy the older humongous mansions that overlook the dirty Mississippi and they have quite a few awesome parks. They need more things for kids to do in this town though, adults as well. Maybe it's just a work in progress. Even though my in-law and her mother were born and raised in Burlington.
Good selection, equal to TjMaxx, Homegoods And Ross. Cologne, Perfume, Clothing, Kitchen items and linens. Indormal and Quaint.
Really wish we could try on clothes especially since the sizes are not exactly what they are

Since when did they check ids when using a debit card? I lost my id 2 days ago, went to buy a few work shorts 52$ gave em my phone number my name popped up. But couldn’t use my debit card bc I didn’t have a photo Id
There wasn't much merchandise on the shelves & racks to choose from today. I enjoy shopping here, but today they needed more stuff to choose from!
We shop here often can always find good deals alittle dispointed as inventory was alittle scarce Rearranged items so have to.learn all over again
