Cute shop, great location and nice selection. However the service is shockingly bad. When I asked the barista for recommendations on espresso drinks (as they have a great menu) and the response I received was “no. ” The barista was very rude. The espresso is weak, but the lavender syrup is lovely. It’s sad because this place has potential, but the service is enough to not want to come back.

A small grocery store with tons of meat and flavored meats. Very small, but plenty of salsa, meat, cheese, beer, and cider. We bought some flavored salami.

They are also a coffee house. Fresh coffee and specialty coffee. There are chairs outside to side and relax too.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Yummy food, great selection, awesome store. Grab a drink and sandwich, then grab something else for dinner! Another awesome woman-owned business in McGregor!

Katie made the perfect meat & cheese tray for my daughter’s baptism! She knew the right size & was spot on. Highly recommend By the Spoonful for your events. Affordable and easier than doing it myself

Great little shop loaded with fantastic products, mostly food related and they have specialty coffee drinks! I tried the snickerdoodle latte and they didn’t mind making it 1/2 sweet and they usually use whole milk unless you request something else which I love! We bought some meat sticks and beer cheese dip that were both wonderful! Friendly employees too! Overall great experience!
