Highly recommend council bluffs camping world! We drove 2 1/2 hours to get the camper we wanted and the experience was 5 stars all around! Starting with Kasey our salesman…. Very knowledgeable, helpful, & just a nice guy to work with! Jay our finance guy was absolutely the same, making sure we understood everything! We can’t forget Mike our service tech! Walked us around and through the entire camper to show us how everything works and what to do & what not to do! Very knowledgeable and gave us some great pointers in how to keep our camper in tip top shape! The entire staff was very enjoyable to work with! Definitely would buy from them again!

Yesterday i had my camper serviced for the first time after buy it. Rich in the service department had an answer for every question and i had a lot. I can say that i was a lot better here than the last place

I had a great experience at Camping World! Lisa was very knowledgeable and even though I didn’t end up getting a camper I would recommend her for all of your Camping needs. I definitely will be back to see Lisa! You won’t be disappointed!

Worked with Joe, who was fantastic. He took the time to listen to our needs and did not pressure us to buy anything we were not 100% happy with. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new RV to stop by and talk to him about it!

Well unfortunately it’s hard tat I to rate this location because it was set up in the worst location possible. There is no parking because every spot was full yet there was maybe a couple people in the store.
Also I highly recommend you don’t go to this location if you have a large rig especially if you are any size towing a vehicle. There is no room to turn around or park. I had to unhook my car in order to get my Rv turned around. It might be a little easier if would let you pull around the Bldg but they won’t allow anyone but them to drive your rig thru their gates.
The employees are helpful and nice and I can’t rate them on repairs.
I had them fill my propane and then I left I didn’t want to stay any longer then I had too because I felt there was no room to park without having to doing a lot of monuvering to get out on hopes of not hitting all their trailers or fending, cars, Bldg etc

Joe is an amazing person! He spent HOURS showing me several different campers until we found the “one”! It was a very low pressure sales experience! I left feeling like I made a new best friend and a great deal! I would recommend Joe to anyone! And when I’m ready to upgrade, he will be my first call!

Great personalities! Also, a concern for the individual and there desires! The service department called me once a week with updates on my work order, so I didn’t feel forgotten (Thxs Corky). And my salesperson Jodi which I purchased two units through has become a friend cause she genuinely cares!

Jodi did A fantastic job. She worked very hard to find a floor plan that we needed within the budget we allocated. We are very happy with how quickly she answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond helping to make sure that our purchase was coordinated well with the other departments. We will absolutely work with her again!

They honestly expect you to pay $2 per mile to have one of their units delivered to the Council Bluffs store so that you can look it over they want you to pay $695 for them to go through it and make sure that everything is working no I think not. When you voice a concern they will downplay your concern

We are about to live in our 1988 rv for a year and Larissa was great about helping us find everything on our list. She was very friendly and accommodating. Plus we saved nearly $300 with our Good Sam membership. Totally worth the $30 membership fee. Go check them out for all your rv needs!

These nuisances are liars and lazy. My wife bought us a camper while i was on deployment, and she paid 700 extra dollars to have it checked to make sure it was ready and clean. They did none of that, when my wife asked why it was never clean their response was they don't have enough woman employees to clean because guys just don't clean. None of the stove tops had igniters, the skylights were rotted, and their are multiple leaks, the rear stabilizer doesn't work among many other issues and were on 3 months waiting for them to fix it. I've already fixed half of it myself, Seriously a horrible company

When we entered Camping World we were greeted and we began working with Caleb. He listened to our needs and requests. He was understanding without any judgement! Caleb showed us a few campers they had in inventory. Although we didn’t buy anything that day, he keeps us posted if anything comes in.

We are so glad we came to Camping World to purchase our new camper. This was absolutely the best overall customer service experience I think I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the right unit and are completely equipped and ready to go! They have a new lifetime customer for sure

My name is Emilio Haynes and this past summer (2021) I was given the opportunity to work at Camping World of Council Bluffs as a RV Housekeeper. The pay was beyond reasonable for the work I would do from day to day. What I valued more than the work is the people I got to work with. I walked in as a stranger and left feeling like family. If I did not have to return to college I would have stayed for as long as I could. Finding a job is easy but finding a home in your job is rare. If you are looking for something more than just a 9-5 job this is the place to go! Camping World was a great learning experience, and a steppingstone towards my success; they will always have my business and support! RECOMMEND 10 OUT OF 10!

I would like to thank Derik Collins.he is so AWESOME! Great communication and excellent information! When I called to check on a Montana 5th wheel, he was very informative on everything! He sent me videos on the inside, outside and the rooftop, which made me want it more. I bought it and they were very reasonable and made me and my family extremely happy!

I recommend him for a seller! Plus.the employees at Camping World of Council Bluffs are very sweet and will be there for you in a heart beat!

Purchased 2021 Model 2521L Keystone Passport in October and we Used it for first time on Saturday, April 3,2021.we had a problem with the Theater-style chairs. One would not open and when I finally got it to open by reaching down to activate the lever cannot get it to close. And looking underneath the chair found out that The the release mechanism bolt was stripped out. Probably a five cent part. Certainly not justifying a two hour trip back to camping world however the initial response from camping world was that we need to bring in the unit and drop it off for 10 days. This is unacceptable. Beware of camping world in Keystone products.

It’s the end August after a trip to Rocky Point in Sonora, Mexico to Lake Michigan with many weekend trips around Iowa I have fixed the 30 amp shore plug, (poor/cheap screws-same issue with the chair) reattached door trim that came apart, couple flat tires and slow leaks all within my comfort zone to do. We are pleased with the Passport despite trim issues. I will upgrade the tires over winter.

Jimmy listened to my RV requirements and showed me appropriate RV’s. He stayed in my price range or lower. Was patient and
took time to let me look around. No pressure,
or misleading sales techniques. A genuinely nice guy. Thank you.

Hannah Ford has worked front of house and recently found that she has decided to take on a new position within the company. She is always so polite and helpful to customers. She also took on creating a FB page for Dogs of Camping Worls in Council Bluffs and it's always so cute to see the different posts of the dogs that come in. Keep up the good work and please keep her around!

We stopped in to look at campers and 5th wheels and the experience was very well, we were not rushed or pressured into buying one and kasey kohl was awesome at helping us with our needs, he made the buying experience perfect and very fast also biff the sales manger gave us a super low price, ladies and gentlemen go buy a camper from them 2 guys
