Canterbury Park Apartments, Pleasant Hill IA

Absolutely ridiculous that we have to wait over a month for them to come and spray for roaches, the 900 building is INFESTED! I’ve lived here for a year and never had a problem with this and I get new neighbors and bam! Sooooo many! The laundry room is even filled with them! Everytime you go in there’s one! Over a month! Management doesn’t seem to care but I have small children and this is veryyyy a big deal for me! I would have recommended this place a few months ago but after this I am just baffled… are they going to give us any type of compensation for the traps and spray I’ve been buying? Probably not! Or even some money of the rent for the TROUBLE WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH! DO NOT RECOMMEND!: (

The grounds are nice and the apartments that I were in looked really nice. I was there cleaning apartments to get them ready for move-ins. The social worker there is awesome.

Some of the worst administrative staff I've ever dealt with. Would take WEEKS to fix problems and mishandled and lied about lease agreements.

Rent here. The apartment itself is nice but the laundry room reeks of urine and is filthy. The sidewalks and hallways and steps are littered with trash and need powerwashed.

Staff here is always so quick to fix any and all issues! Tamy (the manager) is such a great manager, Since we have lived here she makes sure everything runs smoothly and that the property stays clean! Best place I have ever rented from. Everyone minds their own business for the most part. Staff is amazing and friendly, they actually care about your well being! Conlin, Keep up the great work.

Management is very professional. Maintenance does a great job if anything needs done. Property is always clean. Best place I’ve lived so far.

The mangerbo Canterbury is very understanding thevdesk front help is new still learning. But that part of it. The machine bigger both dryer and washer but it is nice clean safe place to live and they also need another or more play ground we equipment my grand said as I was typing this lol Just read some bad review I have never seen any drugs or violance the apartment are not dirty the hallway have very little time trash so what you complainer are saying I haven't seen
