It stinks the services stink it do so much better I go through payee department and I never get call or anyone to answer the phone that is so un business like how do they really run this place it's ridiculous I hate having a payee that I can never get ahold of and never given me I supposed too have for the things I am supposed to have it for it's far fetched I would not be surprised if if she is stealing my money?

I wish I never had to take meds. We put this stuff in our bodies but we can't ask for much. I had a "problem" which actually didn't mean I was going back and forwarth between a med when there was a mistake on my part, not acknowledging that I agreed to put this stuff in my body in the 1st place. They will tell you to do things that make no sense. I'm not an ignorant child. This isn't the 1900s anymore either, we can treat patients with more respect. Oh, and don't leave "pointless" voice-mails they don't have time for it. They don't listen, maybe a few people in the building actually will listen and be on your level. Nobody has their info straight plus they come from totally different perspectives. I won't call for the nurse no matter what anymore because they speak to me like i don't know what I'm doing even tho ive been in places like this for 7 years. Ive tried everything. Believe me if I didn't need this place I'd be happy.

Accuses patients of drug seeking when they are following the prescription written by the provider, also hangs up on patients when they are mid sentence. Literally left me in tears during and after my appointment for the way I was treated by the medication provider. I had to call the office back after my telehealth appointment to make sure the provider was refilling my prescriptions because she hung up on me when I was talking! Yes I reported her. No, nothing is being done.

A few years ago my son came here and the services were great. Recently I attempted to start services here myself. The intake specialist was incredibly rude by email insulting my signature as "scribbles" and unacceptable for their paperwork. Has she seen her doctors signatures? They are no more readable than mine. After I stated my signature was my legal signature and I would not change it for them, she said, "if you claim that is your legal signature. " as if I am a liar. Seems like a terrible way to treat people seeking any kind of help or medical services. 2 stars instead of one because I know the doctors are caring.
