Absolutely amazing service! I came in later than what I had scheduled my appointment, Scott did an amazing job! I didn't feel rushed and they put me in the car I didn't think I'd be able to get!

“Real Review” I was in the market for a newer 4x4 than what I have and after looking online at their inventory I made an appointment the first week of September 2021. I live an hour from the dealers lot. When I got there I realized immediately there was a lot of rust not shown in the pictures. I still didn’t get discouraged though and began looking at other trucks. I got down to look for rust under one truck and when I leaned on the side of the bed with my hand, water seaped out of the paint and it was 90 degrees outside…a closer look made me realize it had been cheaply patched up. I went inside to speak with a salesman and saw him looking at Pokémon cards which after inquiring about them, claimed he took them in as a partial trade for a customer…Again I kept my comments to myself and asked if he was going to get any “quality” trucks in with little rust anytime soon. He said he’d call me and had a couple truck in mind. After a week I called, Irving yet. 2nd week, I was told that one of the trucks was there and getting a exhaust manifold repair then would be ready by next week. 3rd week…wasn’t done and the salesman no longer worked there anymore from what I was told by whoever answered the phone. 4th week I called and asked for an update on the truck and if it was leather or cloth interior and it took all week to get an answer of “we believe it’s cloth but aren’t sure” The truck was literally in the lot and easily accessible to look in. Geez. At the end of 4th week I called and was told it would be 2 more weeks…now it’s the second week of October 2021 and No one will return my calls after still being patient. This place needs new staffing, goals, and management…

Kyla was very professional and helped my wife and I get the truck that we had been looking for. My only negative would be that they sent us out of there with the tank on empty. I've never bought a vehicle from a dealership before where they didn't give you a full tank of gas before pulling off the lot. Other than that, the experience was a good one and I would buy from them again.

I just want to say my salesman Scott was fantastic. Got home found a couple issues but called them and they're going to take care of it. I actually for the first time in my life got a vehicle on my own. Thank you Car-Mart for rescuing me!

My car has been paid off for 2 1/2 weeks. My daughter borrowed my car today and I got a call from CarMart saying they accidentally took my car for repo instead of another car. Then wanted my daughter to leave work to go get it, instead of them bringing it back. This was my 2nd car from them and my last.

I have a lot to say after paying off but I’m just gonna say this. Go to any other dealership. You’ll thank me later.

Johnny was friendly and very helpful. He made sure that I found the right car for me. He took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable buying from him.

I am very dissatisfied in the website. Each car I try to "Learn More" about has "found an owner". Thus wasting my time. Not sure I care to work with a place that is unable to update its inventory so I can see if I would like to make the trek to their lot.

Went in and looking for something easier on gas which I bought it from car-mart.we found one that we liked about two hours I drove the car off the lot. Kayla is so likeable. The staff are all nice.

Very disappointed they are very disrespectful and they charge out the butt they told my mom to change her heart surgery day so they can have their money they are trying to say I’ve been late all the time yet we have made on time payments since we have gotten the car only one we couldn’t do was the tax payment and they understood that one but not now when my family member has passed away or when my mom was on medical leave for her surgery got it I would never and do never recommend this place until you actually care about your customers let me know
