6Went in looking for a specific part. Guy tells me the part won’t fit my vehicle, and that I won’t be able to take it back in case it doesn’t fit. Well it did fit just perfect. No point in arguing. Just hand me my part next time and quit the attitude. I knew what I was looking for.
Was lied to about the number of ignition coils needed for my car. Tried to return the unopened product and was told I could not be refunded. Was not aware of this upon purchase. Overall, not very helpful on customer service end and would not recommend to anyone

For the big city of cedar rapids this auto parts store I feel the best because of the professional treatment that you get for the money. The prices are decent. The people know what they're doing.
