These people are just the absolute worst! I gave them my taxes to file and it literally took so long that I moved away started a new career we had new job started the next tax season is rolling around before they try to file my taxes just to tell me that they can't. They also try convincing me to use a different name other than my own to get my taxes back and we're suggesting ways around my bank not cashing the check with the wrong name on it. These are horrible unprofessional Shady people that can't file taxes if you give them an entire year.
