Casa Grande reviews
18We're rude as soon as we walked through the doors. Sat us next to the only other two people in the restaurant. The waiter seemed upset that he even had to be taking our orders and offered no mutual respect. Food was alright but the service and the mood set in there is atrocious. Would not recommend going If you enjoy being treated well or ordering your food within 30 minutes of arriving
Their website has a link to order online so I did. When my husband showed up to pick up the food they said they didn’t have an order for us. He showed them the email confirmation and they said online ordering doesn’t work. Then take it off your website. He said he waited 10 min for someone to even help him and when they did they were rude. We’ll give our business to other restaurants in town.
Food had been consistently good until the last couple times I've been there in July and Aug 2022, chips have been stale and that's more than half the reason I go to Mexican restaurants!
Always delicious food and excellent customer service. We went with friends and everyone was pleased. Great Mexican food.
Food was alright but the price is getting too high and it’s never the same price even if you order the same things on different visits. My family and I used to go regularly but we just can’t justify the cost anymore.
The worst place in town, definitely wont recommend them, prices are ridiculous can yall believe 16 tacos for $100 bucks.
Decent mexican food with average pricing. They have blended margs in the machine which are good. If passing through the area would definitely swing in again. Customer service was good too.
Was decent. The waiter listened and got our order correct, but had trouble understanding our questions and had to have us repeat things on top of having to go ask someone else about the items on the menu and what they are. The price was fair. The staff doesn't seem to eager to engage with the customer. When I paid the woman almost seemed put out by cashing me out and seemed upset that she had to wait for me to calculate the tip, so much so that we went on to another customer who then reached over my shoulder to pay her bill; rude much? Whatever happened to courtesy and personal space? It caused me to hurry and in return calculate incorrectly. Don't think I will be a regular at this place, between the language barrier and the unpleasant attitude.
Always fast. Always amazing. Hits the spot everytime. Wife tried a new dish last time. Picture perfect and tasty.
Order takeout and they get it wrong, they won't own up to anything. I eat there all the time and order only one thing. A grilled chicken quesadilla. They will give you shredded and act like you don't know the difference. This happenes on 20 dollar orders to 100 dollar orders. Shame on you. You know you lie!
Fantastic, one of my favorite places to go when I'm in town. It's rare but the fact that they have kept the prices relatively similar to the prices from the last time I was here, which was like 4 years down.
Always a wonderful experience here. Staff is always nice, food is always great. Usually we sit down and eat here but today we got takeout. Just as good at home as it was eating at one of their comfortable booths. Authentic Mexican experience as soon as you walk in the door. Music, environment and food are all perfect.
Why order online if they are going to charge you extra and don't even give you an option to pay online!
Excellent food and friendly staff. The restaurant was a very comfortable environment with a warm feeling to it. Definitely a good place to eat, whether you live in or are just passing through Knoxville.
Good food, good prices, fresh. High chairs available, clean, but not all fully functioning. Portions are smaller than what I’d been accompanied to, being from a bigger city, but for this smaller community, the portions are more than filling & that’s perfect. There’s not often there’s enough left to take home as leftovers, but when I have, they’re still good the next day. Not many restaurants are able to say the same. Also, if you pay attention, there’s some meals that are so large that 2 people can easily split. Temperature is always spot on, w/fajitas delivered sizzling & cold condiments like sour cream cold. The drinks are delicious, nice sized & definitely contain liquor. There’s no need to question the use of it, as you might find at other places. Wait staff is extremely attentive, not often allowing your glass to sit empty, & always willing to keep the chips & salsa coming. The salsa is chilled, not too spicy, but definitely authentic. I’m always too full for dessert, so I’m unable to comment. However, I have no doubt that it’s plentiful & delicious.
It's a decent place if you want Mexican in this town. Have had rude encounters but one employee always treats us very well and does a good job
Worse restraunt in all of Iowa, I've had better food from a homeless shelter The wait staff is rude, their way over priced. If I could have given negative stars I would have.
1 st let me say have eaten here since opened. Had to be worst meal I have ever had ever. Food was not warm usually plate is so hot could not touch.
Told waiter playing on phone also told cashier food was cold playing on phone.will probably not go back so don’t waste you time 10/18/2021 have gone down hill last few times.
