14The pizza was good however when I call in at 6: 00 and am told it will be ready in 40 minutes I expect it to be ready when I get there at 6: 44. But then to be asked three times what was your order while I'm waiting for.my pizza and then finally get it at 7: 05. That is just poor service!
We have 3 Casey’s in town and this one is the Best outta the 3. The employees and managers are so helpful and friendly, if there was an option to give more stars hands down I’d give them more! Good Job, North side Casey’s!
Great service with the caseys staff and great food. Only reason for 3 stars is because they use door dash as the delivery service and had to go back and forth with door dash just to get a solid answer on why my pizza was an hour late. Find out it was door dash refusing to pick up and this location doesn't have personal drivers. I'll rate 5 stars when door dash is no longer used!
This location has either missed our online order or just ignored it 5 times. Pick another location!
Amazing staff, food, service. Made me fresh food at 2am. 3 locations in town, but this one is by far the best on every aspect.
Stopped in for a slice of pizza.kid was pulling fresh out of the oven but could not tell me which was which.sad!
Order was wrong ordered half chicken bacon and half bbq chicken. Got toppings all over the pizza instead of half and half
Never had a problem till tonight. The young dude working was talking about the covid stuff and said all the people that had it should of died. Not happy with that place. 3/31/2021
I've ordered from the store in the past and they've been really good but tonight really surprised me. I have a daughter who is 4 months old and so I obviously could not leave her in the car, so it was very much appreciated that the kitchen employee realized I had my hands full and offered to help by bringing the pizza out to my Vehicle. The Employees here are very polite and I would definitely recommend them as a good Store to go to
Visiting from out of town, stopped by twice and both experiences were amazing! Have to give a shout-out to Wes for the amazing puppy chow!
I ordered boneless chicken wings, paid for boneless chicken wings, the receipt says boneless chicken wings, but received bone in chicken wings. No sauce was included for the wings or taco sauce with the taco pizza.
The staff are rude and have no customer service on the night shifts. The manager at night the man is the rudest Man I have seems like he’s just there for the check. And with that attitude he isn’t going to get far, when I called to complain about my pizza order the man just argued with me. Not very customer friendly I’d say. GO DURING THE DAY!

I was hoping that for once, I could get an order from North side Casey's correctly. I was wrong. The past four or five times, the jokes at this caseys have screwed up my pizza order. It's getting to the point were I expect an apology gift such as the cookies each time. This last l time on mothers day, I got someone's chicken bacon ranch, and it already took forever to get. When 'Wade' gave it to me, I checked one, but I guess the other wasnt my order. This place has gone to hell
