Casey's, Fairfield IA

After calling in an order and being told it would be ready at quarter after four I got there had to wait for somebody to even acknowledge I was standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes and once they did they told me they never made the order very frustrating never going back again

I ordered online this morning and Curtis was awesome he was making sure my order was right, very attentive and courteous. I was so happy with his service. Ppl like that def make your day better. Thank you!

We ordered pizza from this place today and it was okay.when we were eating we found a hair in the pizza.we called and asked for a new one and they did that.when we got the 2nd one, there was a hair in that one as well.not okay.

This place is just super scared won't sell me a beer because my i.d is expired but will sell me a can a butane I can commit arson with? !? !? Make it make sense! Safe to say I will never come to this location again. Terribly rude staff as well as I was denied with a rude attitude.

It’s posted that employees and customers are to wear masks yet people are going in and out without masks and sometimes without shoes and still being served

Leaving a review on a gas station seems odd but I had a nice experience here. I got a sub and the person at the counter named Monique was super friendly, nice, and took great care when putting my sandwich together! Overall the staff here are always very nice and efficient

This is the best Casey's pizza in town. Orders are almost always on time and they typically get our online orders correct. If not, be nice to them and they will fix the issue. Good work South Casey's!

This is the Fairfield location & the employees are surly and unhelpful. Didn't have medium plastic cups nor lids. Told several people. Had to use a large cup, which means I was charged over $7 for 2 slices and a pop. The deal is $5.99 so this only adds insult to injury. We have regularly stopped here as it is convenient but in spite of being a new store, we will avoid it in the future.

The pump I went to didn't take credit cards.had to get back in car and go to different pump

Was just at this Casey's for a pit stop. Car wouldn't unlock so waited by front window for AAA. Clerk behind the counter was wearing her face mask below her nose the whole time. I waited until there were no customers to approach her. I said she needed to wear her mask over her nose. She very rudely said "I was! " I said I just watched you (her) the whole time we were waiting by the window. Without another word she pushed past me to walk away from me to the back of the store. Very unprofessional, unsafe clerk. It would have been quite acceptable for her to humbly say "My bad. I'm so sorry. " The girl was early to mid 20s, short artificial red hair, slender. It was about 10: 30am Oct 17.

The best cheese burger pizza you can buy. Just make sure to tell them well done or they tend to hurry it.
