The bathroom stall latch: broken
Toilet flush lever: disconnected
Half the soap dispensers: soapless
All the paper towels: on the floor
Half the stalls: no TP

Worst place I have ever stop to get gas for my semi lady behind counter don’t know what she is doing

Went to this Casey's ordered a cold sandwich two weeks ago and seen roaches where the cold sandwiches are made nasty nasty

Very dirty inside and out there where 4 people by the check out and I said it was dirty and they acted like they didn't care I wonder what the food prep area looks like 100 percent lazy

No pizza and not enough people working. Third time in a week, no pizza in warmer or only sausage. Whatever happened to always having pepperoni pizza in the warmer? Not just this Casey's either, both on main street off of highway never had any pepperoni pizza.

BUSY place! Only 2 cashier's working convenience store, regular gas, and CAT scales. We may had hit right during a rush (maybe a local company was getting out of 1st shift?)
Both cashier's were very professional.
I won't even ding them for a slightly messy bathroom (TP needed refilled in the first stall) or pizza slices that appeared to be in the serving case for too long.

We ordered a sandwich.made to order. And was very rudely told I can't do that. But right in front of us was a sign saying you could lol. We had great interactions with the rest of the staff in the establishment. We have done this same sandwich at probably 10 other Casey stores. Maybe the kitchen staff need better training?

This place is a rip-off. Pumps are misleading, probably to take advantage of people passing through. Either their pumps or their prices are marked incorrectly. Their "Unleaded" is actually priced higher ($4.549) than their "Super Unleaded" ($4.149). My own fault for not looking closely at the numbers on the pump. I asked about it inside as received a very unconvincing reason. Was so ticked off that I didn't take a picture there, but I did take one of a Casey's in Ankeny, IA the next day. Notice that the Unleaded is lower price than their Super Unleaded. I would give zero stars if I could, I will never stop here again.

My pizza was made perfectly. We ordered a beef and mushroom and wanted onions on only half of it. The lady who made it took her time to prepare it and cut it perfectly. Thank you

Store was clean. Stopped because we wanted a pork fritter. Houston said to go stand at the kitchen counter and order. We told lady in cook area (Donna) what we wanted. She says she doesn’t make those. Then she yelled for Houston. And was telling up at him to come make a sandwich because she doesn’t do those. When Houston finally came back there he told us it would be 5-8 minutes. We had already been there for 10, and the sandwich could of already of been made. I don’t understand why Donna couldn’t of started the sandwich and Houston finish it. But they lost our business. We got back in the truck and headed to the Pilot for food.

Seems to be enough people working in store. Bathroom s were gross, for 9am. Boxes in every aisle, shelves empty.get it together people. Your at work to actually work.

The worst customer service I've ever received at a Casey's. If I could have given zero stars I would have. It's disappointing for Casey's because they are usually above and beyond for their customers. However this one is definitely lack luster in that area Corporate really needs to come overhaul.

Disappointing no customer service didn't ask if I wanted a receipt didn't read me my total, nothing.

The manager accused my disabled brother of stealing when he only used the bathroom. The manager ran to the car and demanded him to empty his pockets. Stated that if he didn’t she would call the police. She stated someone else told her he was stealing. I’m not sure when or where that is a procedure. It is completely unacceptable and illegal! Do not shop at this store!

I buy 52000 a year diesel from Casey’s a year this store used to get about 8,000 of it but no more. Devon refused to take my order for pizza. First said it would be 30 min then after I stood there 20 min he said it would be another hour. He refused to even take my order and suggested I go somewhere else. I was not rude but did reach out to corporate. If a trucker can’t get enough respect as to even take my order when I am willing to wait then I will no longer buy fuel from them.

This is a gas station/convenience store. It has a hot bar and fast food area. We only stopped here to fill up on a road trip from Minnesota to Texas.

It's a nice caseys but their bathroom could have been cleaner they also need to grade their gravel

Odd to find a poorly cared for Casey's. This place had a 5 gas pumps our of service, overflowing trash, empty windshield cleaners and basically a mess.

I had to put in an order for 8 pizzas 80 minutes before I needed them. They had the last one coming out of the oven when I arrived to pick them up, right at the beginning of lunch rush. Always an awesome Caseys!
