Casey's, Newton IA

My fav Casey's in town but some of the cashiers are more concerned with talking to friends than helping customers.

We go to this Casey’s because it’s ghetto and there is always a some form of entertainment. Love to see it!

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up at 9: 22pm. It's now 10pm and still standing here waiting on 2 large pizzas. Was told when we got here at 9: 22 it'd only be 5 or 10 minutes so I stood here for over a half n hour

Ordered two sandwiches neither was made right, didnt get the cheese sticks either. Lady working in kitchen sat night into Sunday morn (the 22nd) just said “oops” when asked about the cheese bread and was extremely rude.

We ordered our pizza at 6pm and it is almost 8 and haven't received them yet. I have called the store several times and I keep getting excuses on why they are late. Very frustrated and have a very hungry child.

Everyone is so helpful. Everyone wears their mask.

They changed their coffee!
IT IS NOT GOOD! BITTER - (because it's strong coffee.
If I add water, it helps with it being to strong.)

3 hours to deliver to a address that is literally a block away? Then you can switch to carryout? I will not make another purchase at a casyeys good thing we have kwik star ‍️ i dont need your business

The french vanilla cappuccino is just straight water.i put french vanilla and caramel syrup in it, so it just tastes like water and syrup.never getting coffee from this casey’s again.

Ordered 1 pizza and it took over two hours for them to make it and deliver it. I will not be ordering again.

Ordered pizza for deliver at 5: 53 pm for 2 pizzas at 7: 34 pm food was still not delivered, called and was told it was out for deliver and called back 18 mins later and was told it was being picked up for deliver spoke to the manager and it was like talking to a brick wall

Ordered a cheeseburger extra pickles. Italian with extra meat. And cheese sticks. Only thing right was the sticks. Cheeseburger had no cheese and Italian had Only meat which isn't close to what I wanted. Manager called me back again asking if I wanted cheese on sub which I did because I ordered it normal with just extra meat. And he hung up on me without barely a word said except a greeting when he answered. I waited an hour originally and now I have been waiting 40 more mins with still no sign yet of them. Need less to say id never order delivery again. I'm at work and ordered to be simple but after my whole shift I still have yet to eat any food. Steve, my delivery driver, was very nice and friendly but the only good thing to the experience really.

I called Casey's, and asked if I could make a purchase and with that get 4-6 cleaning/cooking gloves, (2-3 pairs), they said yes. I went, made my purchase, and they gave me 5 pairs of gloves. What I didn't tell them is I had a sewer backup in my house that I had to clean. The manager or cashiers name was raven, and I'd just like to thank her, the shift lead, and anyone a part of their aid. Thank you.

Ordered a couple of pizzas and sad to say little to no pizza sauce at all I was craving pizza and I got burned cheese on crust

Great pizza if you are hungry after 1.5 hrs of waiting for the delivery. This isn't the first or second time of this happening.

The pizza was delicious the driver delivery person who was very courteous and helpful with bringing the pizza in for me make sure that I was satisfied and I really appreciate the service
